Holy crap!! This is the worst company. They are full of empty promises and quick to get your money. Not a professional company. It's a joke, sometimes they answer the phone singing, like your a joke. Please be careful once they reel you in they keep you on the hook, they will not do things properly.

The representative was very nice and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but the rep said the warranty was for 3 years and after reviewing the email it was for only 2 years.
This company is not honest they fake they don't handle your claims when you're all paid up and all your paperwork matches they're liars
Managers terrible, rude Mgrs James and Raul, called many times hung up on me or on hold, unhelpful, no info given about my policy, empire would not cover water pump thermostat due to over hearting lol no coverage
I called them regarding a car that shows has warranty and they confirmed the car has warranty. Then I called again to transfer then they told me it has but you have to pay 120 dollars per month for 2 years! And then one person told me it was cancelled, another person told me it is not cancelled then last person told me canceled again. Very shady. I am glad I didn't pay them

The gentleman was very nice. Very understanding. Explain what the warranty cover . When i ask him how mush the policy was for a year he told me. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you
Very rude and unprofessional. They charged me before I got off the phone with them, then they charged me for my 1st payment 10 days later not even 30ays later. I cancelled the policy and was when I called to ask about them billing me 10 days later they kept hanging up the phone.
I never signed up with them and they are saying I did. I have my extended warranty through a different company. They also call your phone way to much
