The company billed me three times in one month. Then renewed without my permission. They call and ask you to verify your mileage for a "free" upgrade to their royal program. all they are doing is renewing your policy 18 months early and extending your payments. The salesman lied and misrepresented what he was doing.
⭐ 1 Star My experience with Empire Auto Protect has been extremely frustrating. During the sales process, I believed I was signing up with CarShield. I only later learned I wasn’t dealing with CarShield when my bank flagged the transaction, which prompted me to look into it further. When I tried to cancel, I was told the cancellation department was unavailable and that I would have to call back. Every time I called back, I was told I needed to send them a copy of my new CarShield contract before they would let me speak to anyone in the cancellation department or even a supervisor. I sent it once, then they claimed they couldn’t find it and asked me to send it again. I contacted CarShield directly, and they advised me not to send my new contract or any additional information to Empire Auto Protect. They told me there was no legitimate reason for Empire Auto Protect to need my CarShield contract and warned me against providing additional information that could compromise my identity or payment information. The entire experience made me feel like I was being given the runaround instead of being allowed to cancel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Because I been with them for almost three years and they post the money to the wrong truck that were cancel and canceled the new that need the warranty it. And they didn’t what to put back on the right truck that I been paying for two years they made the mistake I paid the payment every month and they try to say it were canceled because I didn’t make the payment but they cost a payment every month but the mistake were there company made it because the take the money right out my account so that tell you it happens in there office and they didn’t what to fix it so I have to take out a new warranty which they switched the plan I had to a lower plan with the same price it not far to the consumers they did this to not cover more thing on the policy to save them money but they don’t they listen money by doing this to the consumer I would change company the next time and if everyone no go with there company because the fraud they do to the consumer they will lose there company.
