The Old Look Was Better
The slide show format made it easily to remember key points, the review videos provided a fine summary, and the quizzes were not overbearing. My only complaint is that I liked being able to see which slide I was on for the section (i.e. 2/20), which was removed in the new look as well as the ability to watch the review videos in full screen.

Courses were doable in good order and ability to complete not painful as others I've tried.

I did not like the lengthy reading…
I did not like the lengthy reading sessions that seemed to never end. A video here and there would have made the experience a tad more enjoyable.

Buggy system
System had issues. Got through two courses but the timer kept resetting on.
