The shipping experience was sub-par. It didn’t arrive when scheduled, the shipper seemed to have lost it, then only after I began poking around did it suddenly show up at my doorstep. You should switch to narvar.

HORRIBLE!
HORRIBLE!! Buyer BEWARE! I bought a RL rug and they clearly shipped me the wrong color and told me it was a dye lot and that's what happens. Ridiculous when it was clearly their issue and plus I have two of the same rugs at home and both are much darker. And their website says hassle free returns but they wouldn't take it back!!! BUYER BEWARE and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Photos don't show weak, badly fitted hardware
Photographs didn't show the weak, poorly made connections on the sofa. The item itself is relatively good for the price, but I have zero faith it will last more than a year. If I had known the entire couch is held together with literally 7 cheap brackets, I would never have purchased it. I won't be using this company again

Poor shipping communication
First I bought and paid for the item, a bed and it wasn't available from English Elm. I received a message that it would be delayed. Then weeks later, I received a message that it would be shipped, and that I would be contacted by the shipper, but I was given no means of scheduling the shipment. Over a week later the shipper, Siva Logistics, called me, with no notice, and said I had to have the bed delivered within a week and a half, as that was their max window to hold onto the item. However, I am on August vacation and not home. I was given no notice. The shipper said they contacted me, but I only received spam-like voice mails with no information, no name, literally messages with an automated voice that just said: "21 Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 530 PM Eastern time for further information. Again our number is 1-999-362-4321." Out of context, I assumed this was a spam message as it didn't mention a deliver, a bed, English Elm, the product name, my name, or anything that would mark it as actually not spam, including who was calling and leaving the message. This entire experience has been maddening.

Decent product with very nice finish
While packaging is good quality, the parts are definitely more delicate than anticipated. Chips and splitting seem to be a certainty if not incredibly careful with construction. And leaving out written text instructions may seem more globally fair, but it just felt lazy to me personally. It’s a decent product and price is fair considering increases in logistics costs. The finish stain and coating are very good. But I’d add written instructions for sure and likely switch to a toggle strap for mounting this unit. I used those instead of the cheap included anchors.

Lesson Learned.
The order for my 2 nightstands was placed June 10th. There was nothing on the website about low or no stock. After paying and receiving confirmation. I was told they didn't actually have these items in stock. (Shouldn't this be on the website?) I was told early July. We really wanted them, so fine. We will wait. Today, August 4th, they were finally delivered. Delivery team was lovely. Both nightstands have scratches on the feet/legs and worse: Both STINK. Chemical smell that is so bad we had to leave them outside. Also one of the plastic feet/height doesn't screw into the legs. aka the female piece was installed incorrectly. Not an easy fix. I'll never order from here again.

The umbrella was back ordered until…
The umbrella was back ordered until September but it ended up arriving late July so that was great since we could still make use of it for summer and we needed it for the pool area. I took off one star because it was missing the tie to wrap the umbrella when it’s closed. Overall I love the umbrella, it’s sturdy and high quality material.
