Enjerr refuses to do anything about it. They just keep giving me the run around. They ask for videos (?) And then state that they don't give returns, and offer me a discount to buy something else, which I'm sure will be a scam also. Everything comes from China.
It seem that it is difficult to get ahold of a person. Then when they final contact you,they want you to jump through many hoops to even get a label. Temu is so easy to return items. I am disappointed that products to be ordered are not like the pictures.
BIGGEST LIARS GOING I purchased 2 pairs of trainers/shoes advertised as being great for people who are elderly and who have poor balance. Full refund policy if returned within 14 days. They had my size uk size 8 and did them in a wide fitting. Sounded perfect on paper. What could go wrong. 8 ordered 2 pairs. They arrived quickly, so far so good. Tried them on couldn't get my foot even halfway in. Checked the size on the bag, they sent me a uk size 6 in standard fitting. 🙈 I emailed them asking for a return address so I could return them and get an exchange or a refund. I was informed that they don't accept returns as they are abroard and the cost of returns is 2 high.........."WHAT". After several emails, I have got nowhere, They signed their emails off saying "We wish you a happy life and if you have anymore questions, please email them". 😡 Are they being sarcastic or what. So here I am, 2 weeks later with 2 pairs of trainers/shoes that I cannot wear. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR RETURN POLICY AS THEY DO NOT STAND BY IT.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My order for 2 quilted handbags as gifts. Arrived were 2 canvass handbags cheaply made. I promptly returned them. Had a terrible time trying to get them to refund my credit card. They emailed me they processed refund. They didn’t. They also tried to say I did not return the items. This company should be avoided completely. Once they have your money they have no intention to refund it. I requested to send too small shoes back and nothing, just the same generic email back asking for pictures, which I sent but they said they were blurry, which they weren't, but no refund address even after several emails. Complete scammers

I ordered two bags from this "company" one month ago. Of course, I have received nothing. Have contacted them numerous times and receive generic replies which also have links to shipping firms that state that they have not received any packages from Enjerr. They have stolen over $100 from me. NOW they have another website (exact same) titled "CRAFTFASH". BEWARE!!!!
All of these companies that advertise all over other article web pages with perfect looking pictures and weird brand names that you have never seen before, are made up, fly by night scams. They get what they can then change their name and do it again. Never ever order from things like that without checking out something like trust pilot. They look and are priced too good to be true BECAUSE THEY ARE!
I do not recommend this company. Their shoes definitely fall within the saying of you get what you pay for. Adding to the poor quality, they sent me two different sized shoes, the left fits perfectly and right is a size too small.

Scam - total scam. Do not purchase anything from this retailer. The real product and picture does not match. The quality is very poor. Does not worth a money. On the top of it they collect private information including credit cards and they are selling it on the black market. I had to cancel my credit card I used and reissue the new one for my and my husband. Awful.

But I would like to warn anybody reading these reviews and thinking of using either OrthoSerene or Stunahome who also sell s similar products such as orthopedic footwear - DO NOT USE THEM! Read their reviews which I stupidly forgot to. Their responses & scams are identical. I wouldn't be surprised if they are under the same corrupt umbrella. For a £39.99 per of slippers I was offered by £8 & could keep them or give them to charity. Similar with the other company. And they have refused to give their address to return the goods. I will take advice from your site and refer them to the Chinese government Ombudson as well as reporting them to Pay Pal & my bank. And in future I will also read the reviews!! -

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered 4 bags in good faith on 6th December. I paid £12 extra for delivery in 5 days as I needed them before Christmas. I chased them by email several times and got a (very polite) reply, apologising and saying just another 2-3 days. The bags were delivered on 13th January. THEY ARE NOT QUILTED. I have requested a refund and will cancel my credit card payment if I don't get a refund soon. A terrible scam.

I ordered the same shoe as they did, advertised in an attractive material that resembles suede, but the shoes that arrived were made of some kind shiny plastic or vinyl. Other reviewer's comments: "DO NOT purchase from this company. Deceptive advertising. I bought a "step-in Orthopedic Hiking shoe". What a joke. Shoe is inferior materials made of cheap plastic and perforated foam. Shoe is unwearable. Not standard sizing. Customer service is a joke. I feel scammed. They offered 20% off another purchase and state that if I return them it will be very expensive international shipping (although the return address is in the states). I rate this company a ZERO."
