I ordered 2 hats off the Fox News web page, then discovered this company (Enjerr) has a terrible reputation. I tried to cancel the order within hours of placing it. Now they are sending emails offering a 20% discount and telling me they are out of stock. They won’t return my money, so I emailed Fox News to tell them about the scam advertising on their website and requested a refund from Paypal.

I wish I had read the revues before I ordered the shoes. They were marked up the size I ordered but were to small. When I contacted the company they said they could not take them back and offered me a 20% discount on another pair of shoes the correct size and a comment of have a nice life. I will now be looking for a refund through PayPal

I ordered a 12Wide. Received 10 regular. My toe can’t even enter the shoe. Per their support team, they are not from US. Their shipping costs are high. Hence they can’t replace. Be careful. You will be stuck. Don’t buy.
Purchased the USA 250 years cap on August 25th. Never received a shipping email or status email. I also purchased the colored glass cat and dog which were never sent. This company takes money and does not send the product. I am amazed they are allowed to continue to sell products, I mean steal, in America.

As a follow up to my previous review, they offered me first a 15% discount, then a 20% discount on a future order. The shoe size was wrong. Their fault, not mine. Since I bought the shoes using PayPal, I lodged a complaint with them, and then I forwarded all my correspondence with Enjerr to back up my claim. The next day, Enjerr offered me a 50% discount if I withdrew my claim. Then they offered to send another pair of shoes, but only if I first withdrew my PayPal fraud claim! I ignored all of their self-serving fake courtesy. A few days later, PayPal notified me that I was receiving a full refund. I guess that the prospect of losing their PayPal connection was too much for them to gamble on. This was the WORST online shopping experience of my life. Stay away from this scam of a company!

Fyi,Ive been going back n forth for 2 week with enjerr about 2 pairs of shorts i wanted to return.They have refused to give me a return label but I have gone from a 20% off coupon to 15,then 20 30,35,40 then they finally issued a 50% refund to wich i never agreed..now after a few more emails,they now want to send an additional 15% refund.I also have my CC company working on a chargeback thus the reason I never agreed to any monies sent.Contact me at dgordon2062@ yahoo.com if maybe I can show you some of their crazy emails sent n my responses.This company n related have all the same return policy that they dont honir
This is a company set up to scam you out of your money and to continue to do so. You will not receive the quality of product they describe. It will not only be under sized, but also have two right hand or two left hand shoes to make you come back which requires you to send more money. Enjerr will disappear soon.
I bought a pair of shoes, took 3 weeks to get them and they are wrong size and width! Their offer to fix the issue was a 15% refund and donate the shoes to someone or a 15% credit towards another pair of shoes. Both unacceptable. Now they won't reply to my emails. DONT BUY ANYTHING FOR ENJERR!!
Purchased shoes online from ENJERR SHOES with the understanding if they didn't fit correctly, they could be returned for full refund. ENJERR responded to me that if send a picture of the shoes showing that they were not worn and when returned, a refund would follow. I followed the instruction sending a picture and in response the company stated not to return the shoes offering me a 30% refund. My advice DO NOT BUY from Enjerr Shoes. This company cannot be trusted.
Horrible! 👎🏽Hey folks do not buy this shoe they will not fit,if order your size you cannot put the shoe on and no one will take them so I had to throw them in a shoe bin and they will not answer your E mail and I bought 3 pair of multi colors they sent me all black.
Absolutely do not work with these guys, they do not guarantee their products and want to negotiate giving you 20% refund, then maybe 25% if you really argue with them and then a sob story about how they really can’t afford to give you your $45 back. Can’t imagine running a business this way.
I ordered what were suppose to be extra wide shoes, specifically for wide feet and with good support. The shoes were not extra wide, they were just cheap, flimsy shoes with minimal support. I would have returned them, but the process was not easy and required giving the company financial information I did not wish to share with them. Sending shoes to China for a refund, with a stocking fee and me paying the postage is just not worth the expense and hassel. I will not be fooled again.
I haven't received my merchandise nor have they contacted me via email to let me know what's going on as of 8/22 /25 this company has drafted the money from my account and when I go to their website and put in my email or the number they gave me when I placed my order it's saying my order can't be tracked they got my money but I haven't heard from them
