I ordered a U.S. size 10 shoe. They sent me a European size 44, which, from all the online converters I consulted, translates to a U.S. size 11. I contacted customer service and they refused to send me the correct size or to issue a refund.

I made the mistake of not reading reviews before ordering from Enjerr.
I made the mistake of not reading reviews of Enjerr before ordering two hats. I trusted the site since they advertise heavily on Fox News web sites. I sent their support a question asking where my order was and simply got a very pre canned statement about it not being shipped yet and that they take quality and shipping very serious. Since then I have not heard anything else, even after repeated inquiries to them. Websites should have a process of preventing scam adds to begin with. Especially reputable news sites.
Totally unprofessional company
I have been emailing back n forth regarding returning 2 pairs of shorts.Very difficult.They are offering me coupons,15% return then finally a 25% return.This is a total sham company.I even told them to read their return policy which says nothing of a maximum 25% return which they say is their final offer.Please stay away from this place

ENJERR is just one of them that have a professional web pages to lure you into thinking that the products are just what you want. When you receive the product it is cheap and nasty. We have lost our total amount of money paid out and no chance of receiving full 100% guarantee of satisfaction as advertised. Do not buy form these companies but only for BRITISH based traders as you will be ripped off. The product they advertise looks very good, but it is rubbish. The quality is made of some synthetic material which has awful texture, These companies should not be allowed to advertise in UK as they do not meet our British standards. Once you have paid them it is good bye to your hard earned money and just hard luck to you British suckers. You are left with a product that is total rubbish. I will keep on putting bad blogs as we still keep getting emails from Enjerr but no return of our funds just discounts of our next product. Once bitten as they say ,,,,,,,,
Do Not Buy From This Company
My husband has difficulty walking so we were looking for shoes that would help him. We were on Amazon and found Enjeer not knowing this company was located in CHINA. The shoes were too tight for his feet. We asked for a refund and their response was it is too expensive to refund the shoes, however they would give us a 20 %discount on another pair!! Please respond to Amazon and request that they buy from companies in the USA.

Buyer Beware!! False advertising. I contacted VISA and have a claim in proces to dispute the charge. Had the same problem with Custer Service "Emily".They are ofering 20% refund so I can have "good life".
Return policy for refund
Where's my refund? I sent two pairs of shoes back to Enjerr on July 24 because they didn't fit. I'm still waiting for a refund. Based on this experience I will not purchase shoes from Enjerr again. Dave Berman 267-229-9865.

I ordered a pair of shoes from enjerr, and they turned out to be too big. As it turns out, I should have ordered 7.5 but ordered 8. Their return policy is circuitous in the extreme, requiring photos of everything. They charge $10 shipping, I have to pay for the return shipping, they charge a restocking fee, and if they want to, they can deny the refund after receiving the item back. Conceivably a $40 pair of shoes which don't fit could end up costing 40+10+10+2= $62 and I wouldn't even be able to give the shoes to goodwill. People out there, before you order from this company be sure to read their policy on returns, and you better be sure of your shoe size.
Do not waste your money
As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case, you get less... The shipment took a while to get to me, understandable since they are drop-shipped from China and I live on Hawaii Island. Beyond the delay, the materials are sub-par even for the most basic shoes. One of the shoes had a dent and due to the material, that dent will not come out even after leaving shoes trees in them for a few days. I have worn these 5 times and the insole is already coming loose, causing a painful pinching on the edge of my foot. They are lightweight which is the only plus, but that causes the shoe to loose it's shape. The soles are made with a very hard plastic which does not provide much flexibility. I will not be returning them, since based on the other reviews, it is unlikely that I would see a refund. I am torn as to whether to donate them to the homeless, as undoubtedly they would provide some covering but at the same time may cause more discomfort than it is worth. Bottom line, these shoes are junk.

BIG FAKE. Bought shoes for my wife and me and neither fit. I have feet problems and thought these might help. I took over a month to come in. Must be made in China and their sizing must run smaller. I purchased a "limited time discount," 70% off, sale price, ends today, which was 2 pair at a reduced price: originally 139.00 USD, but today $41.99 with another discount if purchasing 2 pairs. The shoes were advertised as a comfortable, water-proof orthopedic walking/hiking shoe, recommended by physicians and orthopedists. It took approx. 1 month to receive the shoes which were crammed into a plastic bag. They were the same size, so I opened only 1 pair. They were light, flimsy, poorly constructed with no support. My heel slipped out with every step I took, while my toes hit the very tip of the shoe. As removed the shoe, the whole inside sole came out with my foot. They advertised 100% satisfaction with their shoes, but when I tried to return them, they gave me a list of pictures and documents I had to send them before they would even consider it. They also mention the fee for returning postage would be very high. After spending hours taking pictures of the shoes and all documents re: the purchase, and sending it back to them, I received a memo from "Emily" stating it "appeared to be a matter of sizing" and they don't do exchanges or refunds when size is an issue. They then told me to "Have a happy life." A complete scam. I have 2 cheaply made pairs of shoes that are not proportioned to a normal human foot, and they have my $70.00 with no intention to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I just noticed another so-called Ortho shoe site with the same set up, same claims and so-called happy consumers. Beware of "Orthowalkway," a similar deceptive site. They are advertising quite heavily right now. Don't do it. BTW, what I didn't know is they were shipped from China. They are real junk.

We have just received a further email from Enjerr and it reads. "Sorry you did not agree to our refund condition. Please don't be angry we can negotiate and resolve the matter until you are satisfied. As we mentioned earlier . If you want to return it to bear the expensive shipping cost ,we really do not recommend that you return it. In order to show our sincerity, we can refund you 60%of the order. We have been very sincere to solve the problem of this product for you, and hope that or you can accept our refund terms. Looking forward to your reply. THEY COME FROM CHINA!!
I too didn't know these shoes came from China. It took about 3 1/2 weeks and were deliverd in a BAG not a box. They were smashed and the tongue of the shoe is so stiff it's cuts into the top of my ankle. TERRIBLE SHOES! Don't get hooked into buying them no matter how 'wonderful' they say the are. As the other person wrote too expensive to return.

The quality is cheap and nasty. Wrong colour sent also do not fit the size purchased. They do not honour their 100% guarantees OF SATISFACTION. When questioned to have our money returned they offer discount for next purchase so far they have said that we can have 20% discount on new purchase. ONCE BITTEN TWICE SHY. It cost us £40.38 in total and we are never going to see this back. BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM " ENGERR" AS YOU WILL LOSSE YOUR MONEY.
