Hat Storage
The item came as promised, and I was updated along the way.
I received the hose nozzle today.
I received the hose nozzle today. I attached it to my hose and it leaks extremely badly. The brass fitting won't tighten up! This product is rubbish! A refund should be given.

Efficiency and tracking
The coolest knife peeler ever
Wow, what an impressive set. Great handling in the hands feels good. The tools/knives are well weighted. This is the best that I’ve had all year. Will likely come back and buy more for Christmas presents. Wow I just love putting words together for someone else to sell the product. However, I don’t like having to put down multiple multiple sentences in order to qualify for your review. I almost changed my scoring to a one star because of this. But instead, I did what you wanted give you five stars it’s a great product yay.

Good communication despite a lengthy delivery. Product looks reasonably well made. Looking forward to trying them out
Delivery was OK
Delivery was good, but it took longer than I thought. I didn't realize that your company was outside of the US. Also, your product is very. similar to the Furminator brush. But it's good to have it. Thank you!
Poor stitching to hat box
Poor stitching to hat box, lots of imperfections. Was not worth the cost.
