It took a very long time to arrive and it doesn’t seem to be able to hold a charge. I put cut banana, blueberries, collagen powder, milk and some crushed ice in the vessel, attached the charged top with blades, and the charge lasted about 8 seconds. Just enough to make a mess. The concept is great but all directions are in Chinese (I believe) and so, no help there.

Working with this company has been one of my worst shopping experiences. I never received my package, they were useless in trying to help me. And refused to refund my money because they insisted the package was delivered.
