This is private information that I refuse to provide to an unknown company. Why do you thing I use PayPal to begin with? With a 20+ year history with PayPal, I do not understand what they are trying to do except to scam more information for nefarious purposes.

1. That happens when a customer is flagged as fradulent by 2Checkout system, so you will be asked to provide more information in order to approve the payment. This is standard procedure for suspect orders.
2. We don't have any interest on anyone's personal information.
Doesn't work. Paid for full version and tried to convert from Audible to MP3 - then other formats. Always comes out as M4B files.
Reply below is incorrect. Tried what they said and it didn't work. There was no support over the weekend (when needed) and on Monday, was just sent a video instruction of how to resolve this problem, sent too late to even check if it would work.

After removing the DRM from audible files (aa/aax), they will be saved as M4A/M4B files. Continue, choose MP3 as output format, convert. You will get the MP3 file.
It would be better to contact the support team to check what's wrong.
It does work. But price is hidden until you have done all the work, only to get 20% of the book. I know people need to earn a living, but make it more transparent please. Also formatting is poor. May be due to kindle though, not sure.
Alternative freeware that i tried works splendid, including pics, contents table, formatting. Also a nice library software. Just wow. And its for free, by enthusiasts...

Ultimate now (version from 3.0.10.1206) provides 'Preview" function which helps preview the converted file content, no contents lose.
The Audible conversion product I bought is fantastic. But they accepted my coupon and then billed my account for the full amount, even though they calculated the discount and PayPal picked up the correct amount. But they must have resubmitted the full amount as that is what I was charged. After 24 emails to them and their "2Checkout" resolution partners I am no nearer getting this problem solved than when I started. it is not that they disagree with me, they just refuse to act, and bounce me back and forth between the seller and the resolution company. Arghhhhhhhh!
Update: They refunded my money the day after I wrote this review, and I don't think the review had anything to do with it. I am still frustrated with their customer service, but they did come through. They actually refunded the full price, even though it should have only been the discount they offered that was not given. Now I guess I will purchase something else from them as I owe them money.

Sorry for inconvenience. By default epubor team will refund 100% after placing an order within 30 days. And during license period any problem you can ask us for help, describe your problems in detail, but please DON'T say "I'm not satisfied", "I don't like it", similar words.

In the free version, you only get 20% of your book. But at least it works!
In case you're wondering, this is the first page you get when you open up the PDF of your book in your browser "Your ebook has decrypted. The TXT file just save 20% of ebook content. Please register the software, then get full content and the valid ebook format."

Trial version only helps convert 20% CONTENT of your eBook file, let you know that the tool can help you decrypt and convert your book.
It gave a weird mobi file that loaded in calibre as p_strong_/strong_/p and wouldn't even open on my kindle.
The only good thing I can say about this software is that the graphics and interface were well designed and not offensive.
Any attempt to communicate with them returned the error, "Sorry, you post some spam words."

About the converted Mobi file, send it to us so that we can check and test.
Trying to communicate with Epubor's support team is a test in patience. I know that English is not their first language, but even making allowances for that, it is insanely frustrating! Instead of helping me with a reply to my answer, they provide an answer for another issue that I am not having. They finally said they changed my ePubor license to their audio conversion app. I don't have any need or want for that app. The ePubor app has many quirks, and trying to get a straight answer from their tech support is a royal pain.

About the license changing problem, we're sorry that our staff replied the answer to you (it's to other people but sent it to you) by mistake. From our order data your order is still the Epubor Ultimate, not the Epubor Audible Converter.
