Exceptional service, price match, so helpful and kind! A huge shout out to Joe who helped me move on from my 90’s skis and gave me excellent advice - without being pushy and Ben who got my skis in and out for adjustment before the big freeze! Nice bike but it appears to be slightly used.
Nice bike and it came with all of the manufacturer’s manuals. Bike was in very good condition but the rear derailleur cage was bent. Communications were excellent. Somehow the “new” bike showed 135 miles on the motor odometer and 3 charge cycles on the battery?

Easy exchange, but no refund
I purchased snowboard boots for my son for Christmas. They ended up being too small and ERIK's didn't have the next size up, so they suggested a different option. We are happy with these boots, but they were a bit cheaper. We ended up getting a gift card to use at the store instead of a refund of the difference. I was given no option - just informed of my "credit" at the store which is unfortunate because it's not enough to really purchase much and after paying shipping will end up costing me more. I would have given a 5 star review if I simply could have been refunded the difference.

Hi Renee, thanks for taking the time to leave this feedback and glad we were able to get you sorted out with a pair of Snowboard boots. We have since made some changes to our return/exchange flow so a direct refund is now am option. Unfortunately at this point it isn't really possible for us to reverse the store credit you got, but hopefully your son will need some other Snowboard gear and it can be used for that. Easy to use site, helpful customer service
The customer service, the chat for example, is very easy to use. I like that there was package protection. The AI was surprisingly useful. Searching for products and filters were good too. Overall very well made website. I wish there was more flexibility to cancel items in an order and flexibility to change payment method when needed. I accidentally used a credit card I never use but I couldn't change it (supposedly) according to the representative. Also there was one item that was cheaper somewhere else so I asked to price match, they said no, they item hadn't shipped, but they also couldn't cancel it. I had free returns/package protection so no big deal, but kind of odd.
