I have not received any product and have been charged multiple times on a reoccurring charge that I have disputed due to lack of receipt of product. There is no phone number to call only an email and the email is automated with the same message each time 7 to 13 days Delivery, yet I still continue to be charged forcing me to take further actions with my bank and my credit card. You will be reported to Facebook and whomever else necessary to to stop the fraud!
Sounded like a good idea but took way too long to get it and when I did one was open leaking everywhere. The taste was like water and I was so tired that whole week trying it thinking maybe I it would kick in and give me some energy but never did.
The coffee tastes great. Delivery was my concern and why I didn’t give 5 stars. I believe it was stated 3 to 7 days at it took about 3 weeks to receive it. Great coffee though! I will be reordering, but I hope delivery time will improve.
I tried the powder for 2 weeks. I did not see any positive results, and it actually made me nauseous. I have written two emails asking for a refund procedure and cancel future shipments. I have not received a response on the refund or cancelation. I just received another 2 pack after requested it to stop.
When I bought this, there was a subscription attached to it at check out. I did not authorise this extra purchase. I have contacted customer service. They sent me a link to cancel my subscription, but the link doesn't work and now they aren't responding back. I haven't been able to cancel my subscription. I wouldn't suggest buying this product or dealing with this unethical company.
If I could score less than a 1 star, I would. This company has an F with the BBB for starters. I ordered my first bag on July 1st and it never came. On August 1st I was automatically charged for the subscription... I contacted them and waited days for a response. They then said sorry and will be sending the first order. They requested my address (again) and I gave it to them along with the specific instructions that US Mail does not deliver to our street address due to where we live. They sent it US Mail and it was returned to sender on August 17th. I still do not have my Erth that I paid for on July 1st. I finally heard back from you - I had sent maybe two prior emails with no response...this one came right back and I appreciate the quick reply. I finally got my coffee in took forever however still not very happy with the customer service but the coffee is very delicious and I definitely tell the difference I have tried many other coffees. I would rate the customer service still very low, but however, for the coffee, I would give it a five star. It’s too bad. They can’t get their act together on the customer service portion of things they could have a good product here. We’ll see how my reissue order comes in next month. Keep my fingers crossed and hopefully I get it in. That’s gonna be the real test whether I continue the product or not.
Number one problem- timeframe of initial delivering of starter kit. I was charged for followup product before ever receiving my intro to your product. As far as the product, once I received it,I like that it actually tastes closest to plain coffee of all mushroom coffees, which for me makes it more transitional for coffee drinkers and adaptable to habitual tastes.
Ordered August 1st. Recieved it August 20. Shipping was way too slow. Had a tracking number and when I checked it several times it had never moved after the label. I emailed requesting to cancel my order and refund my money. AI email replied I would be referred to a human and my order would be cancelled and refunded. Then I got an email saying it was on its way. That is way too long for an order to arrive. Didn't appreciate the lack of human contact and slow shipping.
I did not approve saving my credit card details, and did not approve recurring orders. I got an email from ERTH Labs that they could process a re-order due to not having my CVV number, which I did not give them...because I did not want auto recurring deliveries. 2 weeks later I get a notice that they were sending me another order. Isn't that illegal??? I continued to ask for a return shipping label without response. I contacted my credit card company regarding the incident and expect a full refund whether ERTH Labs steps up or not
Impossible to reach this business. The email address is not deliverable. It comes back every time. I have tried to cancel this subscription but they keep sending the product.
