I have never received my bag of coffee. I reached out to the company for a refund, it's been all autimated responses and dead ends. No money back at this point. I ordered on 8/7/26 and today is 8/28/26. Very unhappy, I don't recommend this company.

Well I reached out twice to cancel subscription that I must have accidentally marked and I still got the product. I reached out immediately when I received the email this last time and asked you to cancel and not charge me, and I got the product anyway with no response. I would really my money back on this last delivery. I sent the email before the 8/12 email I received from you guys.
Out of all the mushroom coffee I have tried so far, Erth is the best out of the four. It has no grit that requires constant stirring, nice flavor.
Horrible customer service, very shady and unethical. They created a shipping label and sat on it for over 2 weeks despite numerous communication attempts. Then they charged me for a subscription that I did NOT sign up for. And the product is poor on top of that. One of the worst interactions I've had with a company in many years!!
I have tried virtually every mushroom product on the market and I didn’t like any of the results. But after doing a lot of additional research I decided to try ERTH and I am extremely happy I did. I simply add a tablespoon to my coffee every morning and it gives me mental clarity throughout the day. No caffeine crash around 11AM. This product provides results. Give it a try…

I had my shipment sent back to warehouse because my apartment letter was not on. They resent it out, but I have not received it yet. A little discouraging. I’m just trying to be good for myself. Maybe just maybe there might be something extra on my next shipment.

Erth labs coffee worked nearly immediately. I am a very healthy 77year old. ie dont go to doctor haven't seem a doctor for 40years. Nill poisons per this mouth. I have read some yuk reviews that dont match my experience at all. I would imagine tho this could vary depending on one's health status and general toxicity. I love it planning to stock up while sale is on. Try it. Stick with it..THIS IS GOOD SHIT😆
