Be very careful. This was a really bad experience. I was notified that a first auto ship was in the works. IIMMEDIATELY contacted the company NOT TO SHIP. Was told if a shipment arrived, I could return it. I was then promptly billed. Then a shipment was picked up by the carrier Many days after I asked not to ship. Then I received an email from “customer service” stating i was no longer eligible for return nor refund. Have not even used FIRST shipment. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I understand autoship game and have canceled others in time and with customer support.

I should have checked here before ordering. I placed my order on May 22nd and followed up about 10 different times after that. I was constantly told that they were oversold. About a month ago I got an email from the founder saying that the problem was the shipping module but that my order would be shipped within three to four days. Needless to say the order was never shipped. I have not received my order yet and it's been over 3 months since I placed it. Glad that there was no money in my account when the subscription was going to be charged a month later. I cancelled it immediately. I was going to be a subscriber for life. I thought this was an amazing product. Too bad I never got to taste it.

Ordered on the 8th of August, it is now the 29th of August and still haven’t received my order. When I tried to email customer service I was only met with an automated response that says it shipping takes 7-13 days. It has been well over 13 days and the link still says “preparing these items for you.” It may be a good product but I wouldn’t know as I haven’t been able to try it…
The product tastes great
The product tastes great. I enjoy it every morning. The only problem I had was the tracking link. It stayed on label produced and never showed movement towards delivery. Then all of a sudden it was here.

The mushroom coffee is awesome. I noticed the difference right away. I love it. I tried to get another bag as soon as possible. It’s been three weeks now almost a month and I still don’t have another bag. I want a bag here every two weeks. I just don’t understand why I have to wait till September 4 to get my next.

Be careful of this company. They charge your card without any notice. It is extremely malicious and borderline criminal behaviour.
Pressure sale, unwanted subscription, don't honour their cancellation policy.
Pressure sale. I discovered that when I bought it, down the page and already checked without my permission, there was a small letter clause saying it was a subscription and a similar order would be sent thirty days later. I discovered it a month later when they said the second order was confirmed and paid for. I immediately wrote them not to send anything and reverse the payment. I cancelled the subscription (that was hard as they have a very odd system to log in to your account, with a code sent to your email). The cancellation was acknowledged, but FOUR days later they did send the merchandise anyway, and I was billed me for it of course. I am now disputing this payment through my bank. PLEASE NOTE to cancel the subscription you need to log in, go to manage your subscriptions and delete the next one(s). But best is to stay away, they are not honest!

Loved the concept. The flavour wasn't tasty enough for me. I love a strong coffee, so I'm hard to please. I do still add it to my coffee though!

The packaging was OK. It took a very long time for the coffee to get here I was getting emails asking how I like the coffee before I got the coffee. After I finally got it I used it for two days the taste was not good, and it made sick to my stomach
