Sim does not work, followed all instructions to the letter. Using an unlocked at purchase iPhone 16 pro. No support via WhatsApp. Total waste of time and money, avoid this sham outfit and save your money What little “support” they offer via WhatsApp is a farce and takes forever, they are currently allegedly “checking with the network operator and to allow some time”. Constant disconnection. I was forced to ask a shared connection to be able to be contacted from work. Support tried to help but nothing resolved. Even after a lot of exchange, the support was robotic and repetitive. After spending almost 100€ in 2 weeks with them, no refund for the times that I’ve had issues.
