Thank you so much to the entire team for helping me with all these repairs. I had a great experience. The team was very helpful, kind and supportive. As a single mom, I truly appreciated all your help. The team even helped me put me bicycle in the bike rack. Thank you again, and good luck to the whole team.
I always get tickets for events from Eventbrite. There had never been a problem it doesn't take long time to place order I receive confirmation right away. Excellent efficient website.
Waiting to provide the list of employers at the job fair until only 72 hours before the event is not practical. It would be better to supply at least a preliminary list at the time of registration, so that candidates can do research on the companies and decide ahead of time if the employers are of interest to them or not.
Quick and easy. Only issue was that the time that the tickets were advertised to go on sale this morning was not valid. It kept saying in 14 hours and it was already past the advertised time. But I have them no so I am satisfied.
Eventbrite always have excellent events displayed and booking is very straightforward. Keeps you updated with relevant subject matter that are aligned to your choices.
Finding an event should be easier.. (also eye roll)
Finding an event should be easier than having to change city locations to locate. I had to move my 'local' from Oakland to SF to search and retrieve event. Too many steps. If I type in 'Hard French' every Hard French should appear regardless of where and let the user pick the correct one/in the city they seek.
I’ve enjoyed many virtual and in person events from quality professionals with great knowledge or fun to share. My 2 difficulties have been with virtual events:
1. Inconsistency with tickets for virtual events. Sometimes the ticket information comes to me in an email, sometimes it’s in the app under tickets. Once in a while it is difficult to locate to access the event.
2. Occasionally the time zone of the event doesn’t convert correctly to my time zone.
I am guessing it’s the way the organization or presenter set up the listing, not actually Eventbrite, however.
