The customer service has been running me around in circles even though I have verified my identification . I need to issue two refunds which I am unable to do as I cannot get back into my account

very confusing user interface…
very confusing user interface especially with the naming on individual tickets! makes it seem like youre supposed to first name as the ticket-buyer, and the below details as the actual ticketholder. may cause some issues with entering events with id authentication!
