I have received an email/billing statement, concerning an order, I HAVE NOT PLACED with everydayedeals. This strongly smells of a scam in the making. I have ordered diamond art from this business in the past, but have NOT now nor will I be dealing with them again! I have more than enough designs to do and this phony "new" order is made up of designs I ALREADY HAVE!!! I have notified my bank of this scam, so be warned as to what EDED is trying to do!

I ordered 4 matching pictures. They arrived in a reasonable amount of time and were as pictured in the ad. One of them was missing one color. When contacted, the company was great about replying and eventually I received a very small amount of replacement diamonds. Whether it will be enough or not, I'll see when I do that picture. One overall thing I don't like about these items is the way they are packaged the paintings end up flattened out and very wrinkled/creased which makes some of the diamonds not stick well. I'm trying to fix this by rolling the remaining pictures around a heavy tube I received from another company. It is helping some, but I shouldn't have to try to fix an issue before I can use an item. In the future, I'm more likely to order from a company who packs and ships their paintings rolled around a tube of some kind to keep them smooth and crease free. I have completed one so far, it is just as shown and looks good except diamonds popping off on the rows that are on creases. I'm hoping when I put sealant over them it will seal the diamonds in place. A suggestion to other people ordering these, get a light pad/board. Some of the numbers/letters are so similar and small, or close to one another, and similar colors (O, D or 5, S, for example) that I had to hold them up to a lamp to determine the number or letter. I will use a light pad to complete the rest of them.
I purchased the little girl blowing bubbles at the kitten and a cat..first of all they arrived in terrible shape, wrinkled, so every I fought with every diamond to keep it on because the canvas wasn't flat. Also half way through the kitten with bubble I came to the conclusion that this was nowhere near what it is portrayed in the advertising, it's dark hard to characters in the picture. I contacted the company to try and get some kind of resolution and their answer was to "finish it because it was relaxing" not acceptable . Needless to say I will not purchase again from these people.
First order was lost in the post , but after contacting the supplier I was sent a replacement great communication and fast delivery on second order 👏 4 stars given only because I waited so long
I did not receive 3/4 of my order. Yet you refuse to replace or refund the balance
i like the diamond painting i order promblem is the letters or the numbers are so small at times i can not see what they are so i have to guess
Prices are great. Their customer service is kind. I wish they would have let me know that my order was on back order, however. After a week of waiting to see my items were shipping, I sent them an email and was told it would be sent out that day. (No other info) Items were not sent out until June 19’th. Then I got shipping info showing the package was coming from armynavyoutdoors.com…. Which seemed odd to me. Not sure I would use again.
The items took longer to get then I though but once they came they are very nice

i three times emailed you to let you know that one of my pictures had 2 of one colour and none of the other - 2 number 41's and no 40. 40 had the greater number of dots and i am unable to complete the picture as a result. i have had NO response to my emails
I ordered 5 butterfly diamond paintings, under the impression that they were mobiles. I definitely do not want all of these. It's false advertising. I paid $40 for all these, and I'm going to try and get my money back.
THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED ANYTHING FROM THEM IT TOOK MORE THAN 10-15 DAYS TO GET TO ME BUT WHEN I DID GET IT I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEM AND SO I AM WAITING ON MY SECOND ORDER FROM THEM. I HAVE A CHINESE DRAGON DIAMOND DOT TO DO BUT IT IS SO BIG IT WILL TAKE ME FOR EVER TO DO, THAT DIAMOND DOT IS LIKE 3-4 PEOPLE PICTURE TO DO .
I have been emailing this company for over a month about my order I have recieved two packages but my thrid one says it was delevied on may 24 but I did not recive it and when I called the post office said that the tracking number was a fruaid so now I am despiting the order because they dont want to work with me and when I spend 1350.00 I expect to get what I order I am going to find anpther company that I can ordr from and spend my 1600.00 with them

Wouldn't of even gave them a one. I ordered and about 10 minutes later tried to cancel and they wouldn't refund my money. Will never order from them again.
Well, I did receive the pictures in a timely manner and I have completed one of them the Captain Sparrow, it turned out pretty good, but the Jesus one with the Disciples I am not happy with. The picture itself is not very detailed and the faces look distorted on the canvas print. The colors I got were not the colors in the description. I will have to take a picture of them from the description page next time and find those colors next time.

I just ordered the letter S and I have not received a Confirmation number. I paid with pay pal. Did u get my order if so can u please send me a confirmation number. It’s was 5.99 plus shipping.
