Favorable Experience
So far I feel that they are a good company to order from. I was skeptical at first. They have been very helpful it just takes time since I believe they are based out of the country. I emailed and got a favorable response. I was missing only one gem to complete my latest picture and they sent me a whole sleeve of extra drills so I feel this is very positive. The only other issue I have had are some of the drills are irregular in size and have to be separated out but I think that can happen no matter where you order. Usually you have enough to compensate for the ones you have to get rid of.

I ordered a 5 diamond painting kits and other things I was happy with but one of the diamond painting canvas was not sticky at all on the upper half and I tried all different options to make it sticky again and they didn't work
The experience I had was insulting.
I ordered diamond painting of Jesus in the garden of gethsemane and it arrived creased beyond repair. I don't know how I'm going to straighten this picture out and I also ordered a surprise box and what I got is a 30 x 30 picture which was insulting to me and insulting to my talent. This experience has taught me not to order here again. I also ordered this order on the 16th of August and I got it on the 11th of September. The shipping was almost the same cost of the two paintings together and it doubled the cost of the order. This was also insulting as I expected a better quality picture in the surprise box and I also expected better service. There is no deals here.

I ordered an oil painting by number called (River), the painting canvas wa folded and wrinkled and paint pods missing. I have sent 6 E mails and and received a reply asking for order number and all the rest of my info. Which they should already have. Their message said sorry ?? I ordered a diamond art sun catcher on August 23, 2023. It was delivered on September 2, 2023. The package was empty. The top of the package was ripped open and there was a gash across the lower part of the package. The package was empty.

I have ordered a few items and loved the looks and quality. BUT my last order didn't come with the chain to hang the sun catcher. I've emailed them twice and both were replied with they wanted pictures. PICTURES?? Of what? So I sent (twice) a picture of my completed project with NO chain. How hard would it be to put a chain in a shipping envelope and send one??

I ordered and paid on August 14th and it is now Aug 27th. The order still has NOT shipped, and customer service will NOT respond to messages. Horrible customer service, horrible company ethics. I have requested a full refund, yet no response to any emails to support.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Placed an order the other day at 1:27pm and realized I needed to cancel the order. Sent the email at 1:36pm to cancel. They claim I can't as it's been shipped. Yeah sure. There is no way the order was shipped within 9 minutes particularly when it takes 3 weeks to get your order. I've also received an order that was missing diamonds and have been waiting 4 weeks to receive them. This company operates in bad faith and is not concerned about customer retention let alone their reputation. They don't deserve any orders.
