Wow. This company is fantastic. Have ordered 4 times from them and all was perfect except 1 project. Their customer service responded to my email within 24hrs and the missing drills will be shipped ASAP from the manufacturer. I was very grateful for the assistance I received when my recent order had beads boxed wrong and all sorted. no recourse in my loss,
I love the diamond art, buying a lot over two years, then one order , out of stock, and didn't get the key chains, they say were sent in the package of a good ten items. send a coupon? still don't understand that, still not sent or deducted from the next order. O well my loss again, but I keep ordering, I bad!!! Even when the item says one price and they double the price, O well my loss!!!!!!
Will not order again
Ordered a $40 wind chime March 15th. Missing from the box was the thread, the hooks and some plastic pieces and the chimes. It's April 22nd and I still have not received the parts I need to finish my windchime. I have wrote to them several times and I'm still waiting. I will never order from them again
Lack of customer service help
I purchased a wind chime from them for $30.00. I got all of the birds but nothing to make the actual windchime. They were nice enough to send me 2 chains but they are t even part of the project.
I finally received the rest of my order…
I finally received the rest of my order after NO communication from company. When going through one of the pictures that was on backorder or whatever (again, no communication) almost every color sent was wrong color and did not coincide with picture. I've asked for a refund or for correct diamonds to be sent. After this experience, NEVER ordering from this company again.

I had a problem in that I ran out of a color I needed to finish my project
I had a problem in that I ran out of a particular color to finish my project, which, this one, was a gift. I wrote to the company and for a time felt like I was getting the run around with excuses. However, this company came through and sent me the diamonds that I needed!! It took time to get them but in the long run, it wasn't the worst thing that happened in my life!! So in the grand scheme of things, it was minor. I got the diamonds and finished my product and tomorrow I will give the gift. What turned out to be a frustrating process turned into a good thing. I will give this company another chance.
