I absolutely love these products! I have a newfound love of diamond paintings and I have bought them from probably every pop up ad I saw until I ordered from here. The prices are great and the products are like no other. I only ever had one small issue and it was handled immediately. This is the only place I will go ❤️
Love this company!! Everything has been exceptional!!
I am very pleased with this company . They have more than exceeded my expectations
Terrible. I ordered 8 of the Green Bay Packers desk top ornaments to do for Christmas presents and received them today and instead of green stones they have blue stones and anyone that knows football knows Green Bay is green not blue. Will never order from this place again. $142.00 down the drain.
This company has EXCEPTIONAL! customer service. They treat their customers with respect, they're prompt, polite & pro active. I've bought twice & will definitely do so again. Kerrie Taylor
I absolutely love this company!! They have great customer service and products are always on point! I have ordered several times and will continue to order from them!
After USPS lost my package, everydayedeals sent me a replacement package and I received it right away. I get so excited to get my diamond art kits and have never had any problems with this company. I love the fact they have so many to choose from. Again thank you for taking care of this issue. I'm one happy satisfied customer. In fact just ordered more product!!!
Was contacted by the seller to clear up any problems with the image that I wanted to create a paint by numbers kit with. Was straight forward and communicated well. Look forward to doing further business with this seller in the future!
I was impressed with the very quick response to my recent order. I was politely advised of 2 backorders on my order, then given a choice of options. Thank you for keeping me informed. I look forward to ordering again from Everyday Deals when I want more Diamond Art. Your prices and quantity of choices available are astounding!!
I have always been very happy with everything that I order. I am disabled And this is my therapy. A lot of people Have got to enjoy them because I give them to people in nursing homes and to veterans. That is the best part. Thank you.
I was amazed at the quick response and action from this firm. I contacted them about a canvas that I had received that had suffered badly in the post and was very creased. I tried all the remedies suggested but the creases wouldn't come out which was a shame as I was so looking forward to doing it. Iam being sent another so I am really pleased. I picked out the Rivendell canvas as I am such a big Lord of the Rings fan and was having it as a present. I am so pleased that all is being resolved. I didn't expect such good customer service.
I have ordered several times and have always receive my order, in good condition and complete. No items were missing or wrong. Their Customer Support Team is great. They were quick to respond to my email that ai sent regarding one of the projects that I had ordered.
I have been using this site for about 4 years. Only had a couple of issues but they were very quickly rectified. The team at everyday deals are very professional and polite. Would recommend this site to anyone. Well done to you all
Somehow my package got lost in the Kansas City postal service and they have yet to deliver it. Waiting for a package is the hardest because you want your product!! But they were very nice and tried to help correct this. They answered promptly and very eager to make it right. Thank you. I will continue to order from this company as they have the largest selection of any other place I've checked out.
I had some issues with one of my plaques but even though it turned out to be my fault in the end the response to try and help me was great! Good job and thank you!
Emailed regarding my order. Replied back right away and very professional detail of the status of order.
Recieved my order but the codes did not match the diamonds and did not recieve enough diamonds to finish the projects. Still waiting on a solution for this. Will not be ordering from here anymore unless this is fixed. Been a month since I have reached out about it.
Love the products! I have ordered from them many times now. Pretty quick service. Customer service is very good with correcting any issues. Will be ordering again from this company.
