I have never ordered from them but thought I would give it a try. I ordered quite a bit. One of the items was not in stock. They let me know right away and told me I could replace it with another item, which I did. The order arrived fairly quickly and their customer service is excellent. They respond very quickly. Love their products and their pricing
Love their products and their pricing. Much better than other similar sites. They react quickly to problems. One of the panels of a three tier rack was damaged and they quickly arranged for the replacement. I have always goteen responses within 24 hours of contacting them. I will be buying my diamond art projects through them for years to come. Very professional.
