Very disappointed with my order
Very disappointed with my order. Ran short on dots on one picture, second one had no glue for 3 rows up from the bottom. Third picture looks nothing like the picture. Its supposed to say you are my sunshine. It says you are sunshine. Colors blend into background for the words. Not at all happy

I would not recommend buying anything from this site to anyone I ordered from them and did not receive my whole order I ordered diamond painting storage books and a diamond painting and did not receive the painting and emailed them to resolve the problem and they made it sound like it was my fault that I didn’t receive the painting and did nothing to fix my problem I won’t even get a refund from the painting I did not receive so no one should buy anything from here!!😡😡😡😡

I received everything I ordered, but the bag had been torn open on the top edge and I am not sure I received all the quantities that I had purchased. The packing needs to be more substantial when mailing a portfolio inside. I believe the sharp edges tore a 3 inch hole in the top of the bag the items were in. I will be buying more items because I do like the products at first glance.

The website neglected to inform the buyer that the diamond Dots Painting Project was coming from another country (e.g. China or somewhere else) and it would take at least 15-20 additional days to get our project. I was very disappointed when I found this out. I had already ordered 4 additional projects because I loved the prices and the additional projects we could choose from. Talk about misleading a new customer with the prospect of being onboard with this website. Oh well, I am out of here now. Cannot believe that a online company would sink so low to get new customers and then mislead them by not telling them where the products are being shipped from and to the final destination....
I'm so angry with this company
I'm so angry with this company I ordered diamond painting from them in may. I have waited two months for my pictures and they still haven't arrived in my mailbox. When i contacted them about it, they came with bad excuses, saying that the pictures will be in my mailbox soon, and they have told me that for two weeks. "They will be in your mailbox in couple of days". I will never buy anything from them again, and i will advice others to do the same. They are scammers. Save your money, don't trust them.

Love the variety
For most part I have had good service and I love the products they carry. I did have one bad experience where I did not receive enough diamonds to finish my picture and I could not get them to respond in a timely manner. I had to finish the picture with extra diamonds from different paintings I had done earlier and had diamonds left over. They finally contacted me but by the time they did I had already had to use the diamonds that didn't go with the kit. I also had an experience where somehow on the order it got mixed up. It showed that I ordered 11 items that were the same item. I tried to contact them to stop the order so that I could get it straightened around. I never was able to get it straightened out and ended up with the 11 items. I was told to try to sell them to somebody else or do them up and give them to someone else. But overall the service has been good except these two experiences. I have ordered probably around $100 paintings from this company
