I ordered 4 bear keychains. I was not given enough diamonds to finish any of them. They keep giving me the run around. I have replied to their email at least 20 times. very disappointed in customer service.

I placed and order for 4 diamond paintings and have not received them. I went on line and saw my cart was empty yet I have a printout of the 4 I ordered and even shows the SKU numbers. please check on this. Thank you, Laurene Bader
Not Great Service.
I initially ordered a small order just to test out this company and everything was great. I decided to order a £500 order, for 3 friends, they was to be given at important events. After 5 days I emailed customer services wondering why my order hadn't been dispatched it said it would be dispatched within 3 days on the website. 3 days later I receive a reply, the items are not in stock, please wait 4 weeks, the website still showed all as Instock so I challenged them, eventually they agreed after a week of arguments to partial ship the order and send out 50 or so of the 78 items i ordered as they had just arrived at the warehouse, I them found out the parcel was expected the 29th of April as I needed it by the 17th, i was very unhappy and told customer services this. A few days later the remaining items was dispatched and was due to arrive on the 4th April as it was sent by fedex, unfortunately, not all the sets were included so one person was still without a gift, I felt bad giving to two people and not the third so looked for alternatives for all 3 friends. I then again challenged customer service saying why wasn't the larger parcel sent fedex as I would have had majority in time for when I needed them, I got a reply of we can't send out both by fedex, completely missing the point I was making of why send out majority on a slow shipping, it would make sense to get most of what I needed to me quickly or why even bother splitting the order, as the second parcel was received first. The second parcel then came, i had a few issues with fedex but it eventually arrived, it was boxed, lovely, i was very pleased, but only included gifts for two people, so I had to wait for the other parcel. 2 weeks later the second parcel arrived, it was shoved into a very small bag, much smaller then the previous box, for more items this made no sense at all, they was scrunched up so badly to make them fit into this small bag they was completely unusable. I tried to flatten one under a book for 48 hours, the creases was far too deep I complained to customer services and sent pictures of the one I tried to rescue, and was told to place them all under a mattress or a settee cushion for a few days, we're talking 50 items approximately here, and as the one I had placed under a heavy object was still badly creased after 48 hours, I knew it would be pointless doing this,let alone how long it would take,we're talking gifts needed a week ago. I complained again, and was told to take pictures of every item, they would then decide if i could have money off coupons to use on there website. Do they seriously think i would order again after all this hassle. I decided to spend more money on gifts and chuck the damaged items in the rubbish bin as they was unusable. I will never order from this company again and I definitely don't recommend anyone else doing so.

If I could give this company a 0 star I would. I ordered almost $100 worth of merchandise from Everyday Deals and never received my package. They delivered it to some random address all the way across town from me even though I provided them with my shipping address which is the same as my billing address. They refuse to rectify this error on their end. And Im out 100 dollars. Do not do business with this company!
The service is good
The service is good. They answer any question super fast. However, I haven’t received my order and just found out that it will take 15-25 days for it to arrive. After reading some of the reviews about the colors I’m a little nervous.
I ordered a custom diamond art
I ordered a custom diamond art. Very unhappy with what I received. The colours are not good. The trunk of a palm tree had bright pink, bright blue and white drills, the car that was yellow and lemon colouring in the photo came as all white. My husband wearing cream and beige in front of the car was all white so just became a big area of white. My husbands face was bright pink !!!! I have had to use a photo cross stitch program to redo the colours and have had to order more drills, mainly yellow and cream. I have given up. Its going in the bin as the more I look at it the more colours are wrong. SO SO DISAPPOINTED. I have had a number of emails from Everydayedeals. They basically want me to finish it, its a 50mm x 70mm and send them pictures and then they will say if colours are wrong !!!!!!!!!!!!! You cant make a yellow car from white drills and I have yet to see a pink and blue trunk on a palm tree

Order placed beginning March. Requested update on 13th which was replied to promptly and goods delivered on 15th. Totally addicted to diamond painting and although have not started the ones ordered as yet, they appear to be of good quality and excellent value for money.

As stated, my debit card was deducted the order amount, but nothing to me about second order. The answer I got was of absolutely no use to me. Not helpful at ALL!
