I waited for 3 weeks for my order that said 10 days I paid almost $60 for diamond art. Then I get a notification that it was delivered and nothing was delivered. I reached out to customer service but they seem to not want to help me they just kept telling me to do all this other stuff so I guess I am out $60

Never ever ever buy from these people!!!! I ordered stuff for Christmas. Claimed order was delivered but definitely wasn’t as I was in all day the day in question. Countless emails back and forward, claiming they had to confirm with logistics that it was lost even though I had sent the Royal Mail investigation evidence to them. Tried to charge triple postage to repost as I did still want the items. Nothing ever came. In end had to claim through PayPal and thankfully got my money back. They were very persistent in trying to get me to close my PayPal claim though which I though suspect 🤔.

I was happy with your service, but the tree skirts are not waterproof which is a big disappointment.
I accidentally spilled on it and I hadn't even started it yet and the red material bleed into the white, which runned it.
Item arrived the day it was expected and quality was better than expected. There’s one little thing rattling around inside (when shaking/moving) but it doesn’t seem to be affecting the functionality.
