Everydaydeals hasn’t disappointed me yet!
I have not been disappointed with any of the projects that I have gotten from Everydaydeals.I am anxiously awaiting a custom painting from them and I know it will be great! Had some difficulty with the measurements but it was rectified. The only thing I don’t like is the time it takes to get my paintings. I am not a patient person.
Lost diamonds one problem I have
There is one problem I have. I spend a lot of money with you people. Every month there are at least 4 diamond paintings that I come up short on. I'm loosing customers because of it. Otherwise, everything is good. I like your products. I did get a rose mask without anything with it. No diamonds, no glue, and no tray. Thank you.
When I received my order
When I received my order, the wrong beads were sent with it. I had no problem with getting them replaced with the right ones. Mistakes happen everywhere, some time. Customer service were so good in rectifying the problem. My thanks to them.

I've been ordering continuously and had no problem with My address. For the last order I received mails and mails telling me You could'nt find My address. I sent all information needed and the answer was the same. after one month I received a mail with information to track My order

I ordered several 5D's from them and never received. I noticed right after payment a wrong name and address showed. I notified immediately but no answer for days and was already shipped when I got a reply. Still havent received parcel, a replacement shipment or a refund. Guess you learn through experiences.

I bought 15 special drill paintings on 4/30 I received them 5/11. However I never received tracking on my purchase and the site still lists them as not even mailed out. I emailed them and then got their response the same day it arrived. One painting was also short of drills and I was told I needed to complete the painting and email a pic before I could get the 3 gems I needed to finish the project. ETA: I will not buy from this company again. After several rounds of back and forth with them trying to get me to substitute drills that I dont have for this painting they told me I was SOL and offered me initially a $2 coupon. I told them the painting was $7 and they then offered $5. After not receiving this coupon, I again emailed them. They sent me a code that was only for $2 not the $5 I was promised. Then another painting was short drills. This company has terrible customer service.

I got a Disney diamond art of all the princesses and it is so bad, when you look at it close up it just a mix of coloured drills, and from a distance it’s not much better. Do not waste your money on it.

There should be a rating for 0 stars. Like others we have been trying for ages to get our order. Asked for a refund this has been ignored. They continue to ask for a street name, then asking for a number. Explained to them that we live in an Old School in the country. ( No Street name or Number. So sent them a number 'Room 1'). Received next email instalment, Can you complete the attached form with street and number. And your telephone number. All this detail they have had, so they are obviously totally incompetent. (Maybe should have moved to a farm so these rustlers could steal some cattle.) But they would not be able to find, it as there would be no number or street name.
Bad site can’t send product can’t refund money
I have had email after email from them saying my address is incorrect I need a road number which in uk we don’t have numbers. Therefore I asked for it to be refunded and then told if I didn’t give then a valid address I will cost me to get a refund. Why all they have to do is pay it back. I’ve been emailing them for nearly a month still no picture and no money. Do not use this site.

I placed an order on May 3,2021 and have recieved no tracking number and still have not recieved my order. I probably wouldn't be upset but the order was for around $200. This is very upsetting.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 22 paintings (since they were inexpensive) back in Dec 2020 still nothing. Customer service is the worst they just tell me to keep waiting and refuse to issue a refund. Stay far away from this company they take your money and wont send you the product. Spend your money elsewhere of course it will be a little more but at least you you get your product. I repeat stay away from everydayedeals warn your friends to do the same
Missing diamonds
Ordered 27 diamond paintings and all arrived together in a box. Each one was individually packaged, but one was missing the actual diamonds. After several emails back and forth, they said "We checked with the warehouse The warehouse reports that all your products have been shipped, and there is no missing or under-issued products We will check carefully before leaving the warehouse It may be taken away by others at your local post office or in transit, or you may find it carefully at home. Please contact the local post office for a claim Nice day" The post office had nothing to do with it. All they had to do was send the set of diamonds that was missing. In other words, they just blew off the issue which was of course an error in packaging.
