I'm sure if the items actually arrived I'd be very happy for the price. Unfortunately, Hermes have had the item for nearly 2 months, and nothing has happened. Now I recognise that this is a problem with the courier, so I of course approached Chinatera in a reasonable way. Their response is that I should wait longer. I advised that there is obviously something wrong so could they please contact Hermes, as their website says the seller should do this. They told me just to wait longer. When I asked why they wouldn't check, they told me they were a 'big company' so 'wouldn't cheat me out of small money'. I escalated with PayPal as they were obviously too lazy to check with Hermes, they took 2 weeks to respond with 'wait longer' so I have raised a claim through PayPal. I'm sure their products are great, but their customer service is absolutely shocking. If you are willing to risk the items not arriving and having to go through the ball ache of claiming, make sure to pay through PayPal.
I ordered diamond painting kits in Feb 2020, like so many others I did not receive, Hermes were courier and nothing arrived. An audience with the Pope would be easier to arrange than actual voice contact with a real person at Hermes
Contacted Chinatera and got wait, wait then try Hermes yourself. They would take no responsibility, offered no refund. Shocking customer service. Never ever trust them.
Order was placed/fully paid for a diamond art piece project. Company sent order to a different location. They offer no alternative solution to obtain the fully paid for order.
I received my order in a timely matter and it was correct. The problem is when working on it I found that the colors listed did not match the picture. I was disappointed that my dog had a lot of pink in it where is should have been a beige. The house in the picture was much different on canvas and again was pink and not beige. There was supposed to be green trees and a little stream, the colors were so bad I could not tell what it was other then a mess. The same thing happened with a horse and dog picture. There are places that you can not tell what it is.
i have never known a company wich has such poor customer relations.i recently bought a diamond art kit which was incomplete drills missing .when asking them to supply them so i can start it.But after supplying as much info as i could with photos they asked me to purchase them .but how!!! no codes of colours on canvas or on empty packet could be any colour in the universe i still wouldn't have a clue .major point is WHY should i have to purchase the items which should have come with the kit.this is still on going after a month.disgusted!!!!!
Ordered a sign that says family a little bit crazy a little bit loud etc cannot read it all the letters should have been in black instead of colors. VERY DISAPPOINTED will not order again from them👎
I have ordered from this site 3 times total 4 or 5 in each of those orders. Yes it takes for forever and a day but I was okay with that that's why I would order multiple ones at a time. other than that I had no problems until just recently.... one of the diamond art paintings that came in my second order doesn't have all the color/#'s in it but when I emailed them I was asked if I could finish it with other diamonds....
Ok so I just want to put this out therehow upset I am at this company. I ordered 4 diamond paintings from them over 5 months ago and never recieved them. Then they sent an email that myorder was deleted and yet they kept my money and never tried to send my money back. It's pretty sad that you try to get the product you ordered and never recieved it only to find out they took your money and never sent anything. I who'll be taking this further to get this resolved one washy or the other. Dont buy from then because they don't send anything to you but they do take your money.
Stay away from this company you will be robbed. I ordered a universal remote but it arrived with the buttons pressed in and not working, I asked for a refund 7 times only to be told they will not send any refund ever.
They are based in China and you have no chance of any exchange or refund so please do yourself a favour and save your money, items look cheap but they may well be broken and you can kiss your money good bye.

I have been in contact about a order placed on 15th may they told me it's been in london from the 23rd may yet I was able to get another order within 2 weeks i have sent and recieved numerous emails and keep getting same reply there not being helpful at all this order has obviously been lost but they just keep sending the same replies which is no help to me at all
Save yourself some grief - stay away from this company
I placed my first order in February and received it within 3 weeks. Placed a second order the 4th of May and still have not received it. All communication with customer service gets the same reply - it’s been shipped, be patient because the virus is slowing everything down. That answer is CRAP! I requested a refund because I believe the order is lost. I was told NO. I have filed a complaint with PayPal as I paid through them using my PayPal credit card. A friend ordered from them 5 days after I did and already received her order. I ordered from another company in China, in early June, and received that order in just over 2 weeks. I have found a US shipped company for diamond painting and although it’s a little more expensive if I really want something it’s worth the money to not have any hassle and receive the product in a week max versus months! Will NEVER buy form Everydayedeals again! Save yourself some grief and stay away from them.
Placed an order back in the beginning of March.. Order was sent out and arrived in the United States at the end of March.. by April 3rd, package made it to the the South Jersey Distribution Center and that's where it has been for the past 3 months!! I keep getting told it needs to clear customs!! Well it shouldn't take 3 damn months!! They wont help.. just keep telling me to wait!! Wait for what!! More aggravation!! Will never order from this company again!!

Absolutely horrible customer service, its been months and I haven't not gotten my product, their solution is me to send it back and "bare the freight cost" then they will refund the product, but I still dont have the product.
I ordered long before the Coronavirus issues and riots, which they said are the cause in delay but again are essentially willing to do nothing to make this better or right. At this point I may not ever get the product to return minus all shipping costs to send/return.

I ordered over 60 days ago and still havent received my product! If I could give them zero Stars I would! They keep telling me to wait 10-15 more days. Refuses to refund my money. Horrible company will NEVER buy from them again. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I'M OUT $60!
Good canvases & drills, communication not so good at times.
Ordered just as UK started lockdown and was expecting postal delays, my order took just under 4 weeks to arrive. The only problem i had with them was that they didn't supply a tracking number and i had to chase them up for it via their facebook page.Very happy with the quality of the kits, especially for the price!
For the people complaining about the quality of the pictures, if there is a lot of detail in the pic, you have to go a lot bigger or they will be pixelated.
Placed an order 2 1/2 months again and still have not received it. Tried canceling the order and was told I couldn’t because it has shipped.

i ordered 2 panel diamond paintings...the pictures are too small and not much detail...wanted to return for refund but no communication back from company

Do not buy from them.Ordered 11 diamond art pictures on 28th feb. Still not recieved a thing from them at 15th may 2020.States delivered yet i have recieved nowt, wont give me a refund at all.they basically like to rob you of your money and not provide you with what you paid for. Complete farce of a company wouldnt reckmmend anyone to buy from them. I have honestly never been treated like this ever. I am now out of pocket with no order and now wont eben get my money back and the wont resend my order either still not got anything at 26.6.2020
