I was having issues w/a company that does eSims for international travel in regards to setting up my coverage in SE Asia. I went online & somehow this company came up first in my Google search. I was in a hurry at the airport in Taipei & wanted to get my eSim working on my 2025 Samsung phone. ES "BAITS" you with a $1 sign up in order to get you to get scammed by them. Again, I was in a hurry & needed to get online w/my cell phone. I got on chat w/a rep. He was useless AND did NOT solve my issue in the course of a mere 5 mins. then we lost our connection as I was getting on my flight. Ex post facto once I arrived in Bangkok, on my own, I figured out how to get my eSim working. YET, unbeknownst to me, I started getting a recurring monthly fee for their service which I had NEVER authorized! Come the next month I reached out to them the DAY AFTER I still had a pending monthly charge on my acct. & they said there were going to cancel my alleged "subscription" BUT I still got charged even though it was in pending mode so I was forced to dispute it w/my credit card carrier. Again, Expert Squad is a useless criminal enterprise that bilks people out of their money using their automated subscription scam like almost all similar companies these dark IT days.

This Company is nothing but Scammers, tried to return something to SHEIN, ended up being asked for $1 to resolve but credit card debited the $1 then another $45 for a subscription which I never authorised.immediately cancelled the subscription. Paid via PayPal..and they ruled in favour of merchant. Now Merchant refuses to refund. Not a Merchant you can trust.

They are deceitful with their charging structure. They lure you in with a charge of only £1 then as soon as you have paid that they sneakily charge you again. Very dishonest business practice where- stay away from this site unless you want to be ripped off.

Beware. They take money without permission from your account after getting your bank details by paying what they say is a nominal £ through a link. Luckily I froze my card and stopped them repeatedly trying to take monthly charges without my agreement. They are fundamentally dishonest and operating a scam. My advice ?Don't touch them with a bargepole.

This is a con. I was trying to reset password on my Norton account but couldn’t do it. So when expert squad popped up on the Norton site I thought it was part of them. It said on the pop up it would cost £1 nothing about monthly payments. I tried to email with the address supplied but it bounced straight back. They have taken £1 and £22 payment from my account Have cancelled my subscription. Which I may add did not authorise any subscription and nowhere does it state it’s a subscription you are paying in too. This is fraud The screen was blank when I asked questions. I am reporting them to the bank fraud department
