Expert Squad concealed subscription charges
Like others, I've been charged £35 after being referred to Expert Squad by Samsung. A refundable £1 payment was required to assist. Instead, I was charged £34 for a monthly subscription plus the £1, I quickly complained and received a full refund. However, I'm left wondering, given that my experience wasn't unique, is this just a system glitch, or are they relying on the subs charges not being noticed? Either way it reflects very poorly on Expert Squad professionalism.

What a scam
What a scam . I have a ID mobile which wouldn't make or receive calls so I went on ID mobile site and for technical help I was redirected to Expert Squad , who asked for card details to take £1 to verify who I was and told me it would be paid back . I was then charged £35 for monthly subscription to expert squad which I never asked for and more to the point wasn't told about and pay pal won't stop it or reimburse me for it . Good news I've been reimbursed for the £35 pounds and Expert squad apoliged for the confusion. Thank you expert squad for sorting this issue out .
