The company seems to be trustworthy. I come from a background that dealt in precious metals. I feel like an inventory of what they valued each category of metals and what happened to all the gems. Makes me want to remove any before I send any more metals.

Hello Terri, I am thinking you are referencing the payment, not refund? I see the order was accepted and has since been paid out. It appears the payment was made yesterday around 5:29pm EST. Being that the payment was made later in the day, you can expect to see the funds reflect in your account within a 24 hour window. I am not certain of any refunds. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out any time. Thank you again.
Great, no hassle experience from start to finish!
Thank you so much! We greatly appreciate your business and review!
