Good customer service
Good customer service. I’m 75 years. The videos provided on how to change filters are clear and easy to follow. Anytime I’ve needed parts, Customer service has been there to answer my questions and help me if I needed assistance. There delivery of the parts you order is not overnight so if you’re in a hurry, you’ll need to be patient. However, they don’t charge you shipping fees so I have absolutely no complaints.

The heavy metals filter from Express…
The heavy metals filter from Express Water is pretty much indestructible. I've done everything with it they tell you NOT to do, yet it still keeps working without issue. I don't like the clear first stage filter container because promotes algae by allowing light in, but that is the only complaint I have after 6 years of using it, and it's still going strong.
O rings look to be similar size in the bag
I ordered o-rings from express water and the kit came with 7 o-rings as expected. What is not easily discernible is the difference in size between the 6 larger rings. Please separate the top rings from the bottom rings. Having them in a separate baggies would be really helpful and could have eliminated a call into your service center.

I like the subscription method of getting my filter replacements. I would like a second subscription to get just the sediment filter, I always change my sediment filter every 6 months. I think the scale filter does make a big difference as I have a tankless water heater and it seems to help
