Outstanding service and warranty
Monique was an outstanding service representative. I spoke with her on the phone and she explained the warranty in easy-to-understand terminology. She also answered all my questions. She was patient and did not pressure the sale. The quality of the service contract was also much better than what I was offered at both the dealer and via other online car warranty companies.
