I ordered two bikes on February 29th. April 1st, still nothing... I'm glad I placed my order in a partner shop so I was able to ask for a total refund. The shop told me that the bikes were being delayed, stuck in the Suez canal, had no room for them on the shipping boat, delayed again... And at the end, Fafrees was not even answering anymore... Never saw such a joke and lack of professionalism ! Well, maybe it was a sign from the universe telling me to do things better. Because later, I ordered Spanish equivalent bikes (Moma Bikes), got them in a week, and they're perfect !

I purchased two of these for me and misses , I am totally more than happy with my bikes f20 pro, not had one problem and down combined over 500 miles, the hills I can climb now and help my knees out is awesome and still have battery lots of it left, , highly recommend these to all who are after a decent e bike which also folds down, overall weight isn't that heavy either !

Fafrees FF20 Pore
I bought an electric bike Fafrees FF20 Pore in the summer. I am really satisfied with the fast delivery (a week) and the price-quality ratio. The bike was easy to assemble from the package, there was no problem. The bike's two batteries last a really long time with light assistance. I have pedaled about 85 km with one battery, so you can pedal long distances with two batteries. At the beginning, both brakes squealed annoyingly, but after about 300 km, the brakes stopped squealed. The second pedal had a nasty clicking noise at the beginning, but when I took the pedal off and cleaned it, the problem disappeared. The bike has been really nice to ride on different terrains, soft and flexible, and you can easily adjust the riding position to suit yourself. Now the bike is comfortable to ride, quiet and the gears work great. I recommend this bike to anyone who likes to ride off-road and needs battery capacity.

Ho atteso un po' per recensire, volevo usarla prima di esprimere commenti. Ecco le motivazioni delle 2 stelle mancanti: 1) Posizione di seduta troppo avanzata e l’escursione di regolazione della posizione del sellino non è sufficiente per bilanciare. Forse dovrò cambiare la sella con una con maggiore estensione per correggere il difetto. La posizione troppo avanzata fa sì che i piedi si posizionano male sui pedali: troppo avanti e, tendono a scivolar via perdendo la spinta proprio nei momenti di maggior difficoltà, salite o discese; 2) Dopo i primi due o tre km in religioso silenzio i freni hanno cominciato ad emettere lugubri stridii trasformatisi presto in un fischio assordante ogni volta che si sfiora la leva del freno. Seguendo le indicazioni della FAFREES ho pulito e sgrassato i dischi e controllato il contatto delle pastiglie che toccano ancora con tutta la loro superficie i dischi ma a nulla è servito, il fischio continua fragoroso a disturbare le mie uscite. Chiederò alla ditta di inviarmi un ricambio delle pastiglie, magari la colpa è della loro composizione… 3) Terzo commento ma non privo di importanza, qui ne va della sicurezza nell’uso di una e-bike che dovrebbe essere un ‘carroarmato’ stando al peso e alle dimensioni ma che risulta avere una frenata poco decisa e sicura: io vivo e uso questa e-bike in una zona collinare con salite e, ovviamente discese importanti con pendenze considerevoli. Presto mi sono accorto che in discesa non riesco ad arrestare la e-bike completamente (chiarisco che il mio peso 90kg, pur essendo alto è pienamente entro il peso trasportabile), rallenta fortunatamente al punto se mi metto un po' di traverso rispetto alla pendenza e tocco il suolo con i piedi riesco a fermarmi e a scendere dalla e-bike. Questo si può fare su una pista fuori strada con relativo pericolo ma su di una strada asfaltata con traffico normale si rischia di essere travolti dal veicolo che segue… 4) Il fatto che sia pieghevole non tragga in inganno, a causa del peso poco più di 30 kg. (era dichiarato), del volume ragguardevole anche in versione piegata, non facilitano né prevedono di un uso per pendolari su e giù dai treni né caricamenti soventi in portabagagli dell’auto. Conviene dotarsi di un ROBUSTO portabici, con tanto di rampa di carico aiutandosi con la funzione passo passo. I waited a while to review, I wanted to use it before commenting. Following the instructions of FAFREES I cleaned and degreased the discs and checked the contact of the pads that still touch the discs with their entire surface but it was useless, the whistle continues thunderous to disturb my outputs.I will ask the company to send me a replacement of the pads, maybe the fault is their composition... 3) Third comment but not without importance, here is about safety in the use of an e-bike that should be a 'tank' according to its weight and size but which turns out to have a not very decisive and safe braking: I live and use this e-bike in a hilly area with climbs and, of course, important descents with considerable slopes. Soon I realized that downhill I can't stop the e-bike completely (I clarify that my weight 90kg, despite being high is fully within the transportable weight), fortunately it slows down to the point if I put a little sideways with respect to the slope and touch the ground with my feet I can stop and get off the e-bike. This can be done on an off-road track with relative danger, but on an asphalt road with normal traffic you risk being run over by the following vehicle... 4) The fact that it is foldable is not misleading, due to its weight of just over 30 kg. (it was declared), of considerable volume even in the folded version, do not facilitate or foresee use for commuters on and off trains or heavy loading into the trunk of the car. It is advisable to equip yourself with a STURDY bike rack, complete with a loading ramp with the help of the step-by-step function.

The electric bicycle I purchased from Fafrees is absolutely exceptional. I use it every day, whether it's windy, rainy, or snowy, to take my child (4+ years old) to kindergarten and back (a daily distance of 40-45 km). In the last 5 months since I've bought it, I've covered a total distance of 5000 km and this will continue. I will leave some pictures to show how happy and satisfied customers look. On another note, the quality-price ratio is also extraordinary (study the market and you will be convinced).

Absolutely love my new bike, where ever I go people admire it - stunning-looking bike. Quality is excellent not one problem or adjustment has had to be made. Now covered 27 miles only charged the battery once from new and the battery level indicator has still not dropped from full charge, My only regret - not purchasing sooner!

Amazing bike - F20 MAx
I bought the fafrees F20 max couple a weeks ago and the experience is amazing. The bike is made of top quality parts and the confort while biking is great. I faced some issues during the delivery but the Fafrees customer service has been responding fast and arranged another delivery.
