Unpacked and tried it and it seems comfortable and easy to operate. Weather not good for biking at the moment but looking forward to using it a lot. Had a free round bag with it but can’t get it to fit but it was free.

The F20, is built well and the paint work is great, the design is well thought out, with the easy step through, good rideing position and with the 6 spoked wheels, which is a lot easier for cleaning, also makes it looks more up to date. Goes well in all modes. 2. The packaging is the best I have ever seen, good protection. 3. So easy to assemble, done in minutes, it took longer to get it out the box. 4. Easy to order, and easy to speak to an advisor, asked a question and they answered what I wanted to know. 5. Very prompt delivery, and that's my 5 star review. Many thanks Brian.

The bike delivered fast to our home, and the bike is great except the brakes are a little bit mushy. But brakes can always be upgraded all and all ride was great. smooth electric motor has plenty power going with me up on hill (109kg), and battery has plenty of range for going to work and back (25km a day) and still have half a battery left. And am using almost full assist.
Fafrees Cre 27.5 - very good e-bike, tested on difficult trails - the stone trails of the island of Pag - Croatia - it rides great even on those difficult trails! The engine works great, strong even on uphills, the battery is very good, 80-100 km, depends on the uphills. Very good e bike!

I ordered a F28PRO, the bike was delivered quickly and was carefully packaged. it works wonderfully. However, I had a problem with a temporary rim strip which was not replaced before delivery and which I had to have a professional change it. Customer service responded immediately and reimbursed me for the repair costs. very good after-sales service from Fafrees.

The bike is incredibly comfortable and the range is great. I had a problem with a bicycle latch and the next day they solved the problem by sending me a new part (they were very quick in solving the problem). I recommend everyone buy this brand of bicycle.
So far so good. Had problem with payment instructions but it was solved quickly. Good support via email. Now hoping that delivery is done within 2-5 days as written on webpage. Waiting eagerly to test the two new bikes I bought. Update Nov 9 ; bikes delivered as promised and works great. 35 km + 40 km on my Max and there is still ca 30% left in batery.
