You nailed exactly why we built Fair the way we did. The warranty industry has a hounding problem. Robo dialers, high pressure scripts, the same pitch five times a day from five different 800 numbers. It's exhausting, and it's how customers get burned. Nobody makes a good decision about their car under that kind of pressure. Dimitri's going to be thrilled you called him out by name. He's the real deal, and so is the rest of this team.
