Edward did a great job when I was looking for an extended warranty for my Mazda CX 50. His service was prompt but not pushy and he outlined the plan advantages and benefits. He also followed up when he said he would and I was always treated in a professional yet friendly manner

I received valuable coaching to correct a bad decision made at the dealer to purchase a premium extended warranty without doing my own research. I'm so glad I reached out because I wasn't sure how or if I'd be able to get it removed. I ended up with a comparable warranty (not financed) for 1/2 the cost and w/o extra finance charges. I called Fair Warrantee to look at extended warranties opportunities on a possible used car purchase. Dimitri answered and could not have been more helpful. Ed Benes was super informative, straightforward, blunt, and real. I appreciated that he actually talked to me like a human being vs a sale. The coverage was also great because he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, just what was needed based on my driving habits (miles/year) for coverage.
