Good communication. Not too pushy but there for questions and offered a discount which was nice. Price was competitive to what the dealer offered but only having to wait 30 days instead of 60 on a high mileage used car with very reasonable exclusions sealed the deal!

5 stars for buying and pricing options as a new customer. Use of warranty is not yet experienced. My car make and model is complex/expensive, and Fair Warranty offered best coverage and pricing vs competitors not even offering coverage. Hopefully, when I do need a repair, they continue the great customer service.

I had a great experience working with Dimitri at Fair Warranty. Before purchasing coverage for my 2020 Cadillac CT6, I had a long list of detailed questions about what would and would not be covered. Dimitri took the time to answer every question thoroughly and in writing, including coverage for advanced features like the CUE infotainment system, Surround Vision cameras, Super Cruise hardware, Magnetic Ride Control, radar sensors, and other electronic components. I never felt pressured to purchase. Instead, I was encouraged to review the sample contract, ask questions, and make an informed decision.
