Happiness is receiving your order on time and experiencing joy that it fits like a glove. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
Hi Raymond, Thank you for sharing your happiness! We're delighted to have been part of it. 😊 Regards, Fanjackets
I can’t fault my experience, I made two separate purchases from Fan Jackets and both have been problem free and great quality. The second jacket that I purchased was slightly delayed, but I was kept fully informed and the jacket arrived well within the revised delivery date. Both jackets were of excellent quality and (from my experience) I would definitely recommend the site to anyone who is thinking of making a purchase.
Hi, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear about your positive experience. Enjoy your jackets, and we hope to serve you again soon! Regards, Fanjackets

Don't get burned paying for expedited 2-4 day shipping. THIS COMPANY IS A LIAR! Paid extra for quick 2-4 day shipping and it looks as if it's going to be double that - at least 8 days.... IF it comes then!!!

We want to assure you that your order has been shipped, and our Customer Support Supervisor, Michael Joseph, has reached out to provide the most up-to-date status. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to resolving this. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the chance to make things right. Warm regards, Team Fan Jackets

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback! We're thrilled to hear your jacket was delivered as promised and met your expectations. Enjoy! Regards, Fanjackets
Very shady. Do not recommend at all. They are clearly affiliated with fjackets a different seller with exactly the same branding. My request to cancel an order with Fan Jackets was processed on an order I made with FJackets, and that order was cancelled instead!! You communicate only with bots, posing under names such as 'Michael Moses'. Returns processed through PayPal. After sending me an order by mistake, and cancelling an order from a 'different seller', they are now refusing a free returnl, stating instead that they will only cover a certain amount. Your personal data will be shared if you use this brand. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM Not worth your stress or money.
Hi Natalia, We sincerely apologize for the issues you faced. The cancellation of your order and the confusion between sellers were unfortunate errors, and we are investigating to ensure they don’t happen again. We operate independently and are not affiliated with other sellers. Regarding your return, we strive for fairness and are happy to review your case further. Please know your personal data is secure and handled with the utmost care. Our Customer Support Supervisor, Michael Joseph, has reached out to assist with your return and refund. Please connect with him for a prompt resolution. Your feedback is valuable, and we are committed to improving your experience. Should you have further concerns, feel free to contact us directly. Warm regards, Team Fan Jackets
OVERALL, IT WAS AWESOME, WOULD HAVE LIKED A LITTLE QUICKER DELIVERY.
Hi Anthony, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your experience overall, and we apologize for the rare delay. We appreciate your understanding and hope it won't happen again! Regards, Fanjackets
