Ordered on 23rd September was a birthday present for my partner i waited 11 days for jacket it was a present however has the jacket arrived later than expected and after his birthday they offered me a 10% discount . Despite the late delivery my partner is overjoyed the quality is wonderful and perfect fit customer service are excellent will definitely order again

Helpful and courteous customer service, who assisted me with the exchange of a jacket that was too small for a larger jacket. My experience is that these suede jackets run small. What I didn’t mention - the jacket is sturdily constructed, of excellent quality, and beautiful. I am delighted!

My husband thought this site was not for real. You proved him wrong. I love the coat that I bought. Had to send it back because it was too tight and ordered a size up, which I would recommend. The return was easy and quick turnaround. I would recommend buying coat/jacket from them. What I liked best, was they stayed in contact with me through the whole process. I purchased a black leather trench coat. I definitely did not buy it as a Halloween costume as one review suggested. I like it. It’s a bit thin, not really what I had in mind, but the one I wanted was like $2000. I liked that the seller and I emailed back and forth about what size to get. Of course, the coat was folded when it arrived, so I had to iron out all the wrinkles. But the length is perfect. The material feels nice, and after I used some leather conditioner and a mink oil product on it, it’s really soft now. It’s still too warm out to wear it, but I can’t wait to. My wife and family think it looks great on me, and I am considering purchasing the brown one as well.

This was my first purchase from fan jackets. The quality of the leather was excellent. It was very reasonably priced. I had purchased the wrong sizes, which was my mistake. The customer service agent Moses could not have been more helpful in helping me exchange the products. The customer service was an actual human being who is communicating with you by email and you were getting specific responses to your questions not computer generated general responses. The responses to my questions came very quickly. I am very impressed overall with the product and the exceptional customer service and I will be ordering again. My wife and I purchased 3 leather jackets at some risk since we don't often bundle spend like this, but to our pleasant surprise the jackets are great. They are soft, supple, color is really nice and they are constructed very well. I'm hoping they age well since we both love the worn leather look.....I would definitely recommend Fan's leather jackets...

I purchased the beautiful Red Peplum jacket.... anti is eery bit as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos.... however I am very long waisted and the waistline of this jacket hit me about an inch and a half above my waist, so it just did not work..... however, the Customer Service from Fan Jackets is outstanding....they will work with you if you have a problem.... I returned the jacket but will likely purchase a different style

As a WWII aviation buff, I'm thrilled with this beautiful bomber jacket! Leather is soft but substantial. Garment construction (including zippers) is quality. I'm 5'5," 135 lbs. and the medium fits perfectly. Delivery was quick and customer service/appreciation is top-notch!
