I was hesitant to purchase as always am…
I was hesitant to purchase as always am from companies online, especially 1s I'm not aware off and not from UK. But, the 2 X not full colourful life tree special diamond art looked beautiful and I decided to purchase, using PayPal incase anything went wrong . Tracking was given and updates, with easy to follow emails sent& ordering was simple. It arrived safely, no problems, tbh! It looks beautiful, especially the drills. I will be honest I haven't done it yet, as have had a lot going on as well as illness. But from what I can see it looks just like every other kit, I have purchased from other main places. Now I hope that problem free ordering, delivering will continue, if I decide to purchase again. Please make your own decision, as this is just my brief and small order experience! But I have to give them credit where it's due!

Accommodating Company
I received a shipment with a damaged box, when I was unboxing the items there were several items inside that also were damaged. I emailed the company attaching pictures and listing the damaged items, they quickly responded and sent out replacements. It's great to work with a company that is so accommodating and wanting to satisfy their customers.

Not only do I order all the time, but I constantly refer others to their site for great variety, quality, and service. You can find some duplicates on other sites, but never a better price.

This company always is very helpful if something goes wrong with your order, eg sold out items are easily replaced, they always contact you if a problem and only takes about 9 days to get to Australia which is great....always reasonably priced items , been using this company for l think is about seven years now....don't buy from any other diamond painting company...
