Very professional.Adam, after doping business with Adam. Things didn’t go as well when I neaded my boarding passes for my return home booking. Wasn’t able to get my seating places selected and had to manage by myself to get the informations neaded. Pour phone line service, the communication was always cutting . Had to call 4Times and talk to 6 different person to get my documents ! All that on May first and second
Representative, Jeff Wilso, was terrific and helped me get my boarding pass. My initial experience with this reservation was not good in that I booked my trip out of West Palm with a message that it was "Pending." I got a call telling me the rate and flight were not available without paying more and the suggestion, to save money, was to fly out and return to Miami, 3 hour drive each way! Not happy about that.
