What people say

Extremely Valuable Information...

Outstanding service! Feedspot provided me with a well-researched list of influencers that was perfectly relevant to my project. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. They made sure I had all the information I needed and even adjusted the list to better match my audience. What would have taken me weeks to compile on my own took them no time at all. I’ll definitely be using them again.

My experience with Feedspot has been excellent

The curated resources and user-friendly interface streamline our social media management, while the team's responsiveness and exceptional support, truly sets them apart. Feedspot has become an essential tool for efficiently staying informed and driving impactful engagement.

Beware - mislead for sale, refused to refund.

BEWARE. I'm a debut author, and I reached out about an aggregated list of book review sites that matched relevant keywords. The requirements I gave him were clear and in the email chain, with several rounds of back and forth and confirmation to ensure no confusion. I grew suspicious when I asked him to filter down on a data set of about 6000 on the keywords and he said he had 10k instead, but Anuj reassured me that he could find an increasing this of matches in my niche. I bought the 10.5k. When he said a day after the order he was up to 12k and tried to upsell him, I reiterated requirements yet again. I received a half a dozen excel sheets with mostly unrelated contacts and duplicates. Some were book accounts for specific books with no evidence of reviewing other books, some published bibles... this were accounts that were in a broad "book" category rather than the review accounts he reassured me they were, and there was absolutely no evidence any of the filters I requested were applied. I raised the issue immediately, and then spent hours across multiple files applying the filters and narrowing down to review accounts to see how many matched what I asked. I found 610 accounts with contact info that matched the criteria given, and asked for the corresponding refund. Anuj said no refunds. There was no room for alternate interpretations in that email chain. He lied to make a sale. When I told him I would then need to treat this as fraud, he made it known that he knew where my book reviews were being posted and "would let my readers know about my threat". If I see fake reviews pop up, I guess I'll know why. Happy to share email chain and evidence with anyone who asks. It's damning. This not a reputable company.

Dear Orriana, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and we regret the dissatisfaction you’ve felt with the service provided. We take customer input seriously and always strive to improve our offerings based on thoughtful and constructive critique. However, I would like to clarify a few key points: Clarification on Requirements and Delivery Your project centered on obtaining a curated media list of book review sites aligned with specific keyword-based criteria. After multiple exchanges to understand and refine your requirements, we generated and delivered datasets that were consistent with the parameters you outlined. The contacts shared were filtered based on broad and relevant book-related categories as discussed, which included both general book reviewers and niche-specific book content creators. The variation in data volume and the scaling from 10K to 12K entries reflected the ongoing refinement and discovery of additional relevant contacts—not an attempt at upselling, but a genuine extension of value. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding how narrowly the filtering should be interpreted. While we do aim to deliver the most relevant data possible, the nuances of niche targeting—particularly in diverse areas like book reviewing—require flexible interpretation. The claim that no filters were applied is inaccurate; we applied the requested themes and segmentation as per the communication trail. In fact, the 610 filtered contacts you identified were directly drawn from the list we compiled, affirming that your parameters were reflected in the original delivery. On Customer Satisfaction and Trust: We are deeply disappointed that you feel misled. That is never our intention. We respect every author and creator we work with. We categorically reject any assertion or implication of threat. Our only interest is helping clients reach appropriate, targeted audiences effectively. Widely Acknowledged Results: While we acknowledge that no service can meet every expectation perfectly, we’re proud to have supported hundreds of clients—including authors, nonprofits, entrepreneurs, marketers, and publishers—who have found immense value in our platform. Just in recent weeks: Claudia Colonna described Feedspot as an “absolutely essential resource” in promoting her children’s book and praised the quality of connections made within the literary space. The Bartenders Guild of Nigeria called our list “well-curated,” noting how it empowered their niche PR efforts. Ben Kramer, representing a nonprofit, stated our media list allowed his organization to connect with a large number of relevant podcasts and expand outreach significantly. Bora Ozalp appreciated the depth and quality of influencer data available across platforms. Tricia Kinney praised our helpfulness and said she was excited to refer others to Feedspot based on her positive experience Our Commitment We always aim to resolve concerns amicably, fairly, and transparently. If any additional clarification or assistance would help improve your experience, we remain available and open to constructive dialogue. Sincerely, The Feedspot Team
