I tried to do an emergency transaction to Mexico. I sent all the information they asked for said they had to verify that it would take 30-60 minutes. It has been well over that time and theu refuse to respond to my messages.
Beware! This company was used to scam my daughter for money. I contacted them and they eventually replied, letting me know that they could do nothing. Although I understand that they are intermediaries, scammers are using their platform, and they are benefiting from each transaction. It is a shame that they are unwilling to take any ownership. Be VERY careful when using its services. Cuidado! A través de esta compañia, unos scammers les robaron dinero a mi hija. En su respuesta se limitaron a decirme que no podían hacer nada. I tried to use Felix using my Discover Card. After 2 tries, I realized that it might not take Discover. The Felix help person verified that Discover was not accepted. No problem. I entered my Visa. I got a message that, for security reasons, I needed to send a copy of my bank statement. Huh?? Failed to get my friend his money. Not happy.

Could there be a negative Star!!! Scam, Scam, Scam!!! The entire system is designed to create a float for the transferring company. I asked MANY questions before trying, and expressed specific concerns as to why I was cautious. They TOOK my money in 10 seconds, directly from my Bank Account($1000), and then spent hours with excuses as to why they could not process it, and will instead refund it in 3-5!days!! It is just a way to create a Bank Float, the service is BOGUS, and NOW I wait….let’s see how long!
