The web site is PAINFULLY slow.

The web site is PAINFULLY slow. Pure agony navigating. Brandon L. Maddox tried to blame me, but I went to "page speed insights" and tested the website - the speed index was 20.6 seconds - compared to wiki media which was 2.7 seconds. The one question I had it did not answer so buyer beware. It was truly a waste.

I purchased the subscription by mistake…

I purchased the subscription by mistake and within 3 hours I attempted to cancel and the only way of doing that was sending them a message on their website that does not provide a ticket number or receipt of submission. It only thanks you for sending a message and a user should be able to cancel the subscription if it's within a few hours of the initial purchase. I filed a ticket with Paypal and they wanted documentation of my cancellation request and I should have received a document to my email that I sent the request but I didn't and now I'm basically flushing $40 down the toilet and they have my finance information and will probably keep billing me since I don't have any way of cancelling the membership. On top of it my only income is the small amount of disability I receive for $650 a month and this is the last thing I can afford. I thought I was purchasing a license not a membership for information that I only know because I read more about it on the official ATF website. I understand that I should have read more about what I was actually purchasing but since I tried to send a message very quickly after my mistaken purchase that should have entitled me to a refund and ability to cancel. Even if they wanted to keep the first $10 that was paid to them thats fine but I'm being repeatedly billed the $10 and if they respond to this and allow me to cancel that would be great I have no problem taking this review down if I receive a response and are willing to compromise and at least send me a partial refund.

I believe I purchased the membership twice. Yes, because I couldn't follow the process due to liberal commies being in my HOA who started sweating red commie sweat when I asked for permission to operate an FFL from home. My reason for mentioning I purchased twice is that I actually read the agreement before purchasing subscription. It's funny to see people's comments calling FFL123 a scam because they either could not follow the process or because they were asked to "renew" their subscription. Fast forward to 2019, I restated the FFL process with Brandon's help and followed everything step-by-step. Yes, you can research the information yourself, but it is not easy and you are bound to make mistakes the ATF will use to deny a license. However, I was successful and received my FFL on January 11, 2021. Brandon has been super communicative and available throughout the whole process. I will gladly direct more customers his way. This is a great product and obviously requires constant upkeep in terms of changing laws and ATF requirements. As evidence I am registered in Texas as American Patriot Outdoors LLC

FFL123 is the BEST resource for obtaining your FFL. The site is super organized in flow and they have the most up to date information in the industry. I couldn't have done without them. By working through each section, it really took any anxiety out of applying. They also provide superb recommendations on the firearms business in whole. By the time I got to my ATF interview, I was confident, informed and 100% ready. It couldn't have gone more smoothly. They also provide excellent examples and solutions if you have to deal with HOA's and municipalities. This was hands down the best investment in getting officially started in the firearms business. It's helpful information and probably worth the cost. Much of the information is available elsewhere, but you would have to use many sources. It is compiled in one place, which is convenient and easy to navigate.The online forum, though a good idea, doesn't have much activity. The price is probably reasonable for what you get. The information on potential problems and how to avoid it deal with them could be useful for many.

Surfire Guide To Attaining Your FFL

I utilized FFL123.com's guide when I first attained my FFL in Communist Occupied California then again when I recently moved to Arizona. I ran into some issues with the city zoning department in my new state, and Brandon's guide was able to assist me jump all the necessary hurdles to successfully attain my FFL for my home a second time. The guide is well worth the price. Even more so considering I was able to forgo the cost of a lawyer in my particular case. I highly recommend it!
