I ordered an item that was defective and also misrepresented on their website. Said the garment was 100% cotton but the tag said 100% polyester. I attempted to request a full refund and a return postage paid label. I was told I had to provide pictures, so I did, as well as screenshots of their policies, etc., and got nowhere. Excuses were made regarding the high postage costs to return to Hong Kong, etc., and I would have to incur the cost to ship the item back, despite it was false advertising and the item had several material flaws. They proceeded to tell me the financial struggle the company was undergoing, etc. (as if this is my fault?). After over a dozen emails, the end result is that I received a refund for less than half of the cost of the item and shipping and freight insurance that I paid. I will NEVER order from them again. This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and I would NOT recommend shopping on this site.
This was not at all as advertised! First, I was not aware that I was ordering from China. Second, I ordered a set of 6 really cute 3-d animal Christmas ornaments and received flat pieces of plastic with pictures of animals laminated inside. I requested a refund and they wanted pictures of the packaging as well as pictures of the product I received. The packaging had already been disposed of, so I can't comply with their request. This is just a $60.00 lesson learned. It's my fault for not reading the reviews!

Beware of buying from Finddbest. I normally check out online companies before buying from them but didn't this time and ordered a set of "Cozy Forest Christmas Decorations." They're really cheaply made, not at all like what I expected and I had to wait forever to get them. But that's my bad for ordering without checking out out the company. Don't make the same mistake!
They took my money and gave me nothing. Criminals! They belong in jail for swindling every buyer of their so called products that don’t exist. Emails are bad, no phone contact. Run when you see their advertising! They would look a lot better behind bars.

What I finally received was 6 pictures of baby animals mounted to acrylic plastic cutouts. What a ripoff!! I emailed them for a return and they said I could give them to someone else as a gift. I wouldn't give these to anybody!! I am now trying to deal with the company for a full refund. So far,I've been offered a 15% discount for my next order. No WAY am I ever ordering again from this business and hope you don't either!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Website showed an ornament that looked really cute of a bunny sleeping in an acorn. What I received was a picture glued to a flat piece of plastic with a string attached. Piece of junk that I spent $24 on. When I asked for a refund, they told me I received what I purchased and since it wasn’t damaged I was out of luck.
These are the cheapest most ridiculous ornaments I have ever seen and been stuck paying for- they are not fuzzy little woodland creatures in little baskets-NO! They are acrylic plastic fakey pictures. Good Lord they are absolutely worthless!!

The product that is eventually delivered (3 weeks or so later) is a flat image on a piece of plastic - nothing like the examples on the website, which are dimensional. Don't bother.
Their website has beautiful pictures of cute animal heads sticking out of acorns, which are tree ornaments, about $10 each and described as 4 inches. They don't tell you they are 4-inch laminated PHOTOS, not 3-dimentional ornaments!

Ordered a Christmas ornament with the pix of a cat in the acorn. To date have not received the ordered & received no notifications on shipping. Checked the company on ScamDetector website & sure enough there was a list of problems with this so called company. Sent an e-mail to follow-up on the order & received a response from a sender called "Silver City". Yesterday, was texting to my next door neighbor who said that my location was showing up as Silver City. Appears this company fraudulent - possibly seeking personal information from customers, as indicated by ScamDetector (SD). SD also confirms that this outfit operates out of China. Recommend reviewing SD information on them.

The product is Forest Animal Acorn Ornaments. They are not what was shown on the website which were 3D ornaments.
They shipped cheap acrylic flat ornaments with a photo of the real item. Even the method of hanging was cheap and not as shown.
We were enthused by how cute the acorn baby Forest animals were.
The one time I did not check the company on Trustpilot. Expensive lesson.
Placed an order for cute animal Christmas ornaments with Finddbest on 11/12 which was confirmed & payment processed the 13th. Most of the order were gifts & was hoped to give to some ppl on Thanksgiving. Hadn’t heard from Finddbest after a week so reached out for a status. Really was just looking for a confirmation that the order would be here by Thanksgiving. The reply from Emily said “they were working on it”. Redflag.
This began the back & forth of trying to nail down a date for some activity! The order now was paid for almost 2 weeks ago & still no concrete shipment or delivery date. Last email from Emily said it will take 2-3 days to continue processing & will let me know when the order ships. Am now questioning receipt by Christmas.
As others have said, obviously the items are coming from China but were indicated as US made. Also, ***in my research I’m seeing the Finddbest may be a hacking scam where they plant a browser extension. Please check your computer/ tablet/ phone. Will try to update this review.
Update: received part of the order. Total misrepresentation. Ornaments are flat lucite with a pic of the animal inside. They MAY be worth a fraction of what they’re charging. Part of the order not rec’d has USPS note that the package was shipped with counterfeit postage. Will be disputing entire purchase. 100% rip off.
I placed an order for christmas ornaments several weeks ago and though I got a confirmation of the order and was billed, I never received shipping information or delivery date.
Emailed them and the reply was that the order hasn't shipped any they need 2 to 3 days to test the product to assure shipping good product. Never heard of something like this.
Asked for a refund instead and haven't had any replies.
Latest update. They wrote back with a tracking number not associated with any shipping company. Even went to the shipping company that they listed and the number is invalid.
They also stated that the order would take 7 to 15 working days before I received it ( indicating it has yet to ship). Again I asked for a refund with no response.
