The entire process was seamless, from creating, to proofing and receiving the shipment on time. I was able to call, and speak to someone whenever I had questions or concerns, each person was very helpful an assured me that my shipment was going to arrive on time. We will be replacing the stackers to ensure they match your original order. In reviewing the issue, our art team should have recognized the previous order and carried forward the same design treatment. For future orders, it can also be helpful to reference a prior order number when submitting engraving details, especially when matching an existing set. Service was great however, the graphic that I was emailed is substantially better than what is actually on the Plaque. The Plaque graphic is actually quite poor and it is very disappointing.
