Very cumbersome experience. Regret taking a chance on using this company. Made an error on our order and the time it took to fix was unreasonable- months-we should have used another company. It's unfortunate because the product was good, but the service was poor. I was not even going to take the time to submit a review- just cut my loss of time and energy, but I received multiple emails from Fineawards asking for a review. In their response they stated they " we moved quickly to produce a replacement." This is simply untrue. Getting someone on the phone took days. Then add on days of back-and-forth emails (approx. 17). The original order was made late Feb.and we did not receive the replacement until April 21st-ish. An apology would have sufficed. Again, cumbersome.

Unfortunately, the replacement was delayed due to inventory availability on that specific piece, which extended the resolution far longer than anyone wanted. Very easy ordering experience. Proofs were sent quickly and the awards were produced and shipped to me in a very short amount of time. The awards themselves are beautiful and came nicely packaged.
Product is exactly as requested and looks great. We asked for expedited production + shipping and it was granted at a very reasonable price. Communication system could use improvement, took a while to get a hold of someone who could consistently respond to us but once they did, everything was streamlined.

We had used Fine Awards three years ago and were very pleased with the high quality of the awards and efficient shipping. We recently ordered again and upon receipt, we noticed one of the awards had a slight defect in the etching. Fine Awards worked quickly to resolve the issue and get a replacement award sent to us in time for our event.
