I felt like minimal effort was put in…
I felt like minimal effort was put in and everything could’ve been larger on the trophy. There was plenty of empty space on both sides of all printing and etching. I would not do business with this company again.

This particular award has a very narrow imprint area, and the approved proof intentionally scaled the artwork to fit within the optimal engraving area while maintaining legibility and proper spacing. Great experience - print was a little dull
Ordering and delivery process was easy and efficient. My only concern was that the text was not as crisp and visible as I expected. The award is beautiful and as expected otherwise.

Great Experience
First, the FineAwards service team was responsive to my initial email requests in assisting what type of award would be a good fit for the logo idea I had in mind for my staff. Second, I had a logo concept and they were able to create the needed image format for the engraving on the award. Also, during the proof process, I had a couple minor edits that they quickly implemented into the design. It took 9 days from final proof to award being delivered.
