If you're nervous about planning a trip yourself...
If you're nervous about to trying a plan on your own and need the experts to handle the details for you, Firebird Tours is the way to go. We were first-time vistors to Europe and wanted to be sure we made the most of our trip; we didn't want to do any guess work or be taken advantage of. Firebird held our hands through the entire process from booking to trip completion and ensured that all drivers and tour guides were right where they were supposed to be, each and every time. Everyone was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. We will definitely be back to plan our next trip!
Timely and efficient pickup and drop offs. Knowledgeable guides. Well planned itineraries. Good hotel choices and good value for your money.

Highly recommended!
Firebird was always super quick to respond to all our questions. When we had a question they actually answered it and solved it for us. Every guide and transport people were so amazing too on our trip! We felt like we were their only customers.
We are fairly seasoned travelers, but I’ve come to understand that their times when reaching out to somebody with more knowledge is a good investment. That would be the case with our trip with Firebird. From the hotels to the excellent guides, our trip was well executed. I hope to use them again soon.

Communication and customer support…
Communication and customer support during the trip while we had a minor snafu was phenomenal. We or the hotel staff were able to connect with them immediately for assistance. They also helped us change some prior arrangements last minute for us as well. Would definitely recommend and travel with them again.

Large Family Vacation
Trying to plan a vacation abroad for eight people on our own was an overwhelming endeavor. Firebird helped us by coordinating train tickets as well as four hotel rooms in each city we stayed at as well as transferring all of us and our luggage from train station to hotel. All of our tour and train tickets were located in one place – their app, which was, for the most part, pretty easy to use.

Firebird Tours was perfect
Firebird Tourss took very good care of us. They totally gained our trust and we will seek them out next time we come to Italy for a vacation or go anywhere else. We will look for them first. Everything we needed was anticipated and taken care of for us, so they obviously know what they’re doing. We will have no need to look further in the future.

Firebird is very thorough everything they do!
Firebird is very thorough in its booking process and the app is very user friendly.
Also, it is very comforting to know that regardless of the time of day, a representative is available to answer and resolve all issues.
One thought! the train tickets are a bit confusing to read- i.e. we didn't know that the ticket is good for 24 hours so there can be some flexibility; we also didn't always know whether we had 1st class or not. I suggest a brief explanation on the app to "teach" travelers how to read the ticket would be of value.
Additionally, while Switzerland does not have assigned seating, seats were always available. We did have to carry our luggage up steps to access the seating. Maybe in the future we will opt for the independent transfer of our luggage.
Thank you for your attendance to even the smallest detail and for your overall dependability in making our travel stress-free.

Firebird tours made our vacation fun and stress-free!
Firebird tours made our vacation enjoyable and stress-free. All of the drivers and guides were friendly and very well educated on their cities. They gave great advice for our free days and finding restaurants that weren’t tourist traps. Unfortunately we were so tired by Florence that we did cancel our 6 hour day trip. We needed rest and relaxation due to the heat! Even without the tour the hotel was amazing with its pool and we enjoyed amazing views, relaxation and great food! Thank you for an amazing experience. We would recommend you to others with a high rating!

Norway trip was wonderful
Norway trip was wonderful, but it was very cold in the summer, and I was surprised. We enjoyed the fjord scenery and each small town. train and ferry ride were very good experiences.
