It did get a little taxing to live out of our suitcases because of moving to the next city day after day. It would have better to stay in Dublin a few days then through Cashel onto Limerick a few days where day trips to Dingle and the Cliffs of Maher. Then into Galway a few days.
Firebird listened to our desires and were able to construct a workable itinerary for our family's trip to Sweden, making some changes where we asked for them. The app was a good feature in allowing all travelers to have access to the itinerary. The locations we visited were all wonderful, and the lodgings were very good.
Norway itself and the people we met along the way made this trip great. Yes, the country is beautiful, clean, and memorable but it was the people (hotel staff, restaurant staff, transfer drivers, and tour guides) we met and interacted with that really welcomed us to Norway.
We had an amazing trip and enjoyed all the features that were made available to us
All the transfers happened exactly as they were supposed to and the drivers were wonderful and the vehicles elegant and clean. The preticketing for tour stops helped us make the most of our time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We just returned from an incredible trip to Japan, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Firebird Tours! Our itinerary included Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, and every single detail was thoughtfully planned and executed perfectly. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything ran seamlessly. The hotels were excellent, the train travel between cities was effortless, and all transfers and tours were exactly as promised. It was so refreshing to travel without having to worry about any logistics. What truly made this trip unforgettable were our amazing guides. Every guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about Japan. They shared fascinating history, local traditions, and hidden gems that we never would have discovered on our own. Their enthusiasm made every tour engaging and memorable. Japan itself is an incredible country, but Firebird made the experience truly exceptional. We were able to enjoy every moment, knowing that everything had been taken care of. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations. This was one of the best vacations our family has ever taken, and we are so grateful to the entire Firebird team for making it such a smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Firebird Tours to anyone planning a trip to Japan - you won't be disappointed! Thank you for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime!
This was my first experience with a completely guided trip and it was wonderful. It made visiting a foreign country so so much easier.
Firebird tours did a great job planning our routes, maximizing stops along the way and providing knowledgeable guides and drivers to provide us an excellent experience! Highly recommended them if your looking for that small private experience!!
Felt tour guide in charge did not have knowledge of where we were going. Could have been more efficient communication before the trip; questions took for ever to get answers. Itinerary (final) came with only 1 week to go and we did ask for it. Overall nice trip, but we travel a lot and this was not our best tour group. Not sure we would use again. Sorry
I wrote a review with a low score of 3 I got an email back but management never called to hear my complaint They do not take elderly people into consideration when booking even when I said I was not comfortable with transfers short time of 7 minutes Willie Arias 6362552841
This is our second trip with Firebird and both have been spectacular. The Firebird personnel (especially Natalia and Alexandra) have been terrific to work with from beginning to end and very responsive to all of our needs as we traveled. We enjoyed it all.
the cruise room assignments were not explained well and confusion, discomfort and inconvenience ensued.
It was good. Some bumps along the way. The CS team through the app was good. Although my foodie experience in Florence was cancelled by the provider the night before. They found me something else. What they found was almost half the price- when I asked about a refund I got ghosted. Not great.
As mentioned, excellent hotels and transports. I think the Scandanavia capitals , fjorda with Helsinki became a bit too much "city and urban" for us...The fjords and more natural surroundings were great. Perhaps a bit more balance beyond the city focus would interest us in future tours which seem heavily weighted to the cities.
Thanks for connecting us with real local guides to share the history of the people.
We have never experienced such an easy booking for a vacation. We scheduled a tour of Asia through Firebird Tours about 6 weeks before our departure date. Our c/svc representative Margarita was helpful in planning everything for us. The app was easy to manage while traveling. Everything at our fingertips. The two times we had questions, we received quick responses from Firebird. I will be using them again in the future for more unforgettable experiences.
The sites were great. Some of the hotels could have been closer to the sites that we toured.
My kids and I had a wonderful time on our 10 days in Munich, Stuttgart and Berlin. Firebird planned everything out and made all the arrangements for us and they did a spectacular job. Their support team was incredibly helpful before and during the trip when we had a few minor issues crop up (inter-city train delays, verifying pick up locations, that kind of thing) and I can't say enough good things about the folks in the chat who took such good care of the 3 of us. Definitely consider getting Firebird to plan your next vacation, they made our first international trip a wonderful and easy experience.
My Korean trip was fantastic. Transportation occurred smoothly and without fail. The guides were the best. The locations were the best, including hotels and tour locations.
The Dolomites were spectacular! Paris and the bus trip to Normandy made for a good contrast after our days of hiking. There was some concern about whether of not we were up to the rigors of hiking, but our guide, Guido, was flexible and knowledgeable about routes that were appropriate. Consequently the experiences were challenging, but rewarding. One of the hikes we took was a walk to the gondola directly from our hotel in Ortesei. Emily, our guide in Paris wove a cohesive story into tour of the Louvre (which was only a 10 min walk from our hotel, by the way). Our group foodie tour was great fun also. It ended an easy subway ride from the hotel. The trip to Normandy beaches was a long day, but inspirational. The transfers, all arranged by Firebird, worked flawlessly. How convenient for us!
